Mustangs Prepare for Outdoor Heritage Day Each mustang had 4 different Indian war paint symbols painted on them. Cameo. Spirit of the Chief Abby Jewel Each pen had a story posted of the mustang to let visitors know personal things about them. All the visitors called the mustangs by name as they visited each pen. There were posters of the Indian war paint symbols, along with an explanation of each symbol. Special thanks to all of the volunteers who came out to help. They endured cold, rainy weather for the first half of the day, and then finally had sunshine during the latter half, as you can see on the happy faces below of some of the volunteers.
