Brasserie L’Oustau serves hearty, traditional French
foods in a warm and relaxed setting typical of authentic
brasseries throughout France. For our Restaurant Week
menus we offer diners a variety of some of the best of
these classic dishes. Enjoy your 3-course lunch on
Saturday and Sunday for only $20.13 Prix Fixe, and
from Wednesday through Sunday we feature a 3-course

from $25 Tuesdays, the NINES on Thursdays (great dishes $9 each!) and Slo Smoke

For 25 years, during all four seasons, guests have been warmly welcomed by
proprietors Georgette and Albert Levis for romantic getaways, celebrations,
family holiday vacations, executive conferences and destination country
weddings. Their son and his family operate the nearby Earth Sky Time
organic farm, whose baked goods and homegrown produce grace the
Wilburton Inn’s breakfast terrace and dining room. The family has fulfilled
the original mission of the builder, whose romantic concept included a place
for culture (there’s an outdoor sculpture museum on the grounds); farming,
baking. An active member of the Manchester community, Georgette loves
