How to make a panel join.
Pendulum principle unique to handheld joiners,
for precision work with no kickback and accurately routed mortises.
The width of the mortises can be changed simply
by adjusting the tool while in operation. Only one
fixing mortise is required to position a workpiece
perfectly – no mark-out necessary.
Rout one mortise on either side of the workpiece
accurately using the stop pins on the DF 500.
Cut more mortises with clearance on both sides
of the workpiece for easy alignment of workpieces. Apply glue, insert the DOMINO and join
together. Done.

screws visible on the surface, no unevenness and
no residual surface water. The connection fitting
is simply screwed to the support structure.
Bevel, mitre and vertical joints are easy to create
