Grant D. Helgeson | Designated Broker - 20+ years in the homebuilding and land brokerage
business. Grant’s detailed knowledge of land acquisition economics and the residential development
process enable him to identify opportunities and creatively structure viable transactions. He has
successfully brokered multiple finished lot, platted & engineered lot and multi-family parcels
throughout the greater Phoenix marketplace.
Don McCaul | Broker - 20+ years in the homebuilding and land brokerage business. Don has
marketed and sold multiple single-family home sites, multi-family sites and larger tracts of land within
master-planned communities to major production homebuilders such as Pulte Homes, Richmond
American Homes, D.R. Horton Homes and Shea Homes.
Ryan Arp | Agent - Ryan identifies, analyzes and markets excess finished lot and platted &
engineered lot inventories. Ryan has consulted in the realm of Geographic Information Systems
(GIS) for over 10 years and has developed a comprehensive GIS-based catalog of lot inventories,
debt structures and lot transactions that enable him to advise select clients on acquisition and exit
strategies on a submarket by submarket basis.

Ben Sanchez | Land Research / GIS - As Head of the Land Research Department for the Westland
Properties Group, Ben is responsible for creating and maintaining a proprietary database of land
ownership information and site specific data used daily by the entire Westland Properties Group team
and our clients. Ben’s extensive background in GIS, data analysis and research is put to the test in
an ever-changing marketplace. Ben is ESRI-certified with 10+ years of GIS application experience.
Courtney Kile | Research Assistant - Courtney brings her industry experience to the Westland
Properties Group assisting the Brokers and Land Research Department with all aspects of the land
brokerage business. Courtney’s professionalism and attention to detail ensures the entire team
works at maximum efficiency.
