Recipe (from Fran Mong) BAKED BRIE 1 wheel of brie (large or small) Brown Sugar Pecans, chopped Slice the brie in half, cover the entire surface with brown sugar, top with pecans (as many or as few as you prefer —- many is better). Add the other half of the brie, cover the entire surface with brown sugar, top with pecans and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until the brie begins to melt, serve with pita chips, crackers or small slices of crusty bread.
