sponsoring The Retreat’s first annual Bump Birth Baby Fair on
Saturday October 15, 2015. We invite you to explore our

First comes the bump, then the birth and then the baby! The entire
process of having a baby is a memorable and magical journey.
Bountiful Beginnings: Complete Maternity and Birth Bundle
(valued at $1,875), illustrates that by choosing one lucky
Momma’s essay entry to experience the bells and whistles of The
Retreat—regardless of where she chooses to birth. Your
donation will pay for an expecting Mom to win Bountiful
Beginnings, a disposition of services from the providers of The
Retreat including: Doula services, Counseling, Breastfeeding Course, Hypnobabies Course, Aromatouch Reflexology, Infant Massage,
Birth Photography, Prenatal Yoga, Cloth Diapering, Placenta Encapsulation and more.
The Bump Birth Baby Fair, BBBF, will run from 12PM-4PM. Throughout the interior premises of The Retreat, attendees will be greeted
by the smiling faces of the providers from The Retreat. Guests will meet face-to-face with professionals in Midwifery, Doula services,
Counseling, Yoga, Breastfeeding, Prenatal and Postnatal Educators, Photography, Essential Oils and more. Guests will learn about the
services each provider offers and have all their needs and questions met.
Local vendors will be decorating The Retreat’s parking lot and guests can enjoy items available for purchase. Nestled outside in the
garden, guests can take a break in the Relaxation Patio where a hydration station sponsored by The Retreat will be available. An arts
and crafts vendor will interact with the imagination and creativities of little ones that need a break. Parents and children will enjoy an
array of items for sale by local retail craft vendors located in the Relaxation Patio. Participating are local non-profit organizations,
doctors, wellness educators, crafters and food vendors.
The Bump Birth Baby Fair kindly requests that you consider joining us for this memorable event that will promote the wellness, wellbeing
and collaboration of professionals meeting together under one roof to educate and empower one lucky family and the El Paso community.

entire amount of the donation at the time of registration in order to begin receiving my Sponsorship or Community
Partner perks and promotional exposure.
If a vendor table is provided in my donation, I promise to abide by the vendor guidelines so that my company may
participate in the Bump Birth Baby Fair.
I consent Birth Bump Baby Fair, The Retreat and their affiliates to use of my logo, picture and company name to be
included in all of the marketing material associated with the Bump Birth Baby Fair. I fully understand that I will not
in any way receive any monetary compensation from participating in any media promotions from the BBBF.
I am responsible for any damages incurred to The Retreat caused by my company. I am responsible for any
injuries or medical bills any of my employees or myself incur at the BBBF. I will abide by all city ordinances so that
I may contribute to a safe event.
