LOCATION
The Lodge enjoys a most appealing setting being an individual home
adjoining the fine facilities offered by the Lanhydrock Golf Course,
Country Club and Hotel. The location of the property allows quick
access to Bodmin Parkway Station and also to the A30 and A38
trunk roads with Exeter being less than an hours drive. Nearby is

THE PROPERTY
The Lodge offers very spacious accommodation in excellent
