In addition to being a haven for learning
about tourist destinations in the Bahamas;
through the Consulate, individuals can get
help with visa or passport issues,
notarizations of official certifications,
verification of National Insurance
recipients, interviews for Citizenship and
residency as well as authentication of legal
documents.
It Is also the obligation of the Consulate to
make certain that Bahamian Nationals in
the above Southeastern States are not

Consular Presence
Since being appointed to office in July of 2013, The Hon. Randy E.
Rolle has ensured that this office has been involved with include:
the Bronze Lens 2013 Women Superstars Luncheon; A Taste of the
Bahamas; Baha Mar Discovery Day Mixer; St. Patrick’s Day in
Savannah, GA with Barabbas and the Tribe; Attendance at the
Trumpet Awards; PM Christie’s induction into the Civil Rights Walk
of Fame & a commemorative MLK Day Service at Ebenezer Baptist
Church in Atlanta.
The Consul General has also made visits
to incarcerated Bahamians, such as D.
Ray James in Folkston , GA.
CG Rolle was adamant about making
sure Bahamians were safe during an
Atlanta snowstorm.
A great representative always captures the trust of his people.
Mellissa Bevans: “Thank you to my Bahamian representatives for keeping
me in pray[ers] and checking on me during my ordeal. Proud to have that
Bahamian blood in me.”
Student Relations
During his first year in office, Consul General Rolle was
adamant about making the Consulate Office accessible
for all Bahamians, especially students, hence the
creation of a Facebook page and regular updates to
the Consulate’s website. Rolle has since taken things a
step further and regularly visits college an university
campuses in the jurisdiction and recognizing young
Bahamians that have achieved great honors in school.
Featured above are a few of the jurisdiction graduates.
Recently, Rolle has invited Atlanta Technical College to
the Bahamas to encourage young Bahamians to
further their education.
Consul General Rolle has not only visited these institutions, but
spent time getting to know and sharing experiences with the
young Bahamians in attendance.
Building Foreign Relationships
During his first year in office, Consul General Rolle worked tirelessly to
establish foreign relationships. He was instrumental in the organization of
the birthday party for Will Parker (Think Like a Man) that was held in the
Bahamas, the generation of partnerships for projects such as the Bahamas
Urban Renewal Band, extending support to Bahamian athletes and artists
such as Team Cleare, of Athens, GA and Chesternique, a rising gospel singer.
He has also worked endlessly to encourage foreign investment in the
Bahamas, whether it be through real estate, film or other business or
personal ventures. Although Consul General Rolle spends much of his time
in the business sector, he still values the moments he can make a difference
in even just one Bahamian life, as he did by making it possible for a young,
autistic Bahamian to meet Fantasia Barrino.
