The Business View of IT
Origins of the Problem
§  Complexity: IT projects are viewed by the business as extremely complex
and hard to understand

The Lean Development System governs how the actual work
is executed, improved, and monitored in the overall system.
The Development System:

possible waste

workers the freedom to concentrate on value-added

our culture and becomes a part of who we are in the ADC.
