The shape of the scroll case is brand new; it was designed according to the fluid-dynamic know-how arising from the development of the GPz series. This approach allowed LN2 to improve the performances of the aluminum body blower. The motor is fixed to the scroll case by means of silicon rubber damper to cut low frequency noise. Following options are available: rectangular outlet flange, several types of connections for charcoal filters, collar flaps, integrated capacitor box provided with common electric connection with other LN2’s blower series. cETLus versions are also available, which are compliant with the following Standard: UL 507, CSA C22.2 No.113. BLAC (Brushless AC) motor version is available. Thanks to the higher efficiency of the motor, the blower offers the same performance then a standard blower with 60% energy saving. Further solutions useful to reduce the average power consumption of the blower are available. NATALINI products comply with the UNI - EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality System. It is equipped with capacitor motors, that are fixed to the scroll case by means of silicon rubber damper, cutting low frequency noise. The new square-styled shape of the scroll case is taking the strong image to an extreme. GS Fan with painted steel body, equipped both with shaded poles motors and capacitor motors. The air outlet is rectangular and the versatile fixing flange offers several solutions for fixation. Motor support is made in plastic and integrates grids and charcoal filters connection. Single speed versions are available (suitable for TRIAC controls) so this fan can be used like air blower for applications such as pellet stoves, boilers. GT Blower with plastic housing, equipped both with capacitor motors and shaded poles motors. The two parts of the scroll case are coupled by mechanical joints, not using screws. This particular patented solution allows extremely easy maintenance when the fan is assembled inside the cooker hood (inspection, impeller cleaning, disassembling of electric motor and impeller). Moreover, the outlet collar is provided with a patented fast connection solution, that allows an easy assembly of fan inside the cooker hoods, without any screw. A wide range of options are also available: safety grids (with and without connections for charcoal filters), collar flaps, electrical connector for standard power supply cable, connection cable.
