About the Emergency Services Program We provide high quality, culturally competent behavioral health assessments, interventions and stabilization services for adults, teens and children who have a psychiatric emergency. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. 365 days a year. Paying for Services About Lahey Health Behavioral Services We provide a range of outpatient, inpatient and residential care, including mental health clinics; addiction treatment; family services; mobile crisis teams; psychiatric treatment and school-based programs for children and teens. We serve communities in Greater Boston, the North Shore and the Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts. We will see anyone in need within the greater Lowell area, regardless of insurance. Locations: We are a mobile crisis team, so we will see you or your loved one in your home, school, our office or other locations. NebHealth.org Psychiatric Crisis Team Lowell Emergency Psychiatric Assessments & Services Community Crisis Stabilization Program Our Crisis Team Mobile Crisis Intervention The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Program is a six-bed program for adults (18+) who have MassHealth, Medicare, or who are uninsured. The typical length of stay is 3-5 days. We can come to you, or you can come to us. Our crisis team includes Master’s level clinicians who provide emergency psychiatric and support services. The mobile crisis intervention is a unique level of care for MassHealth and uninsured children and adolescents up to age 21. Our Services: Provides mobile services: Medication evaluations In your home Care management At schools Supportive environment In outpatient clinics Our team is available 24/7, Individual and group counseling At our offices 365 days per year. Coordination of care with other providers, family and other natural supports. When needed, we also service Lowell General Follow Up Care Hospital and Saints Medical Center. Our crisis team includes a specially trained Master’s level clinician, together with a family partner. A family partner is a person with lived experience taking care of a child with a serious emotional disturbance. To be admitted to the CCS, you or your loved one must be evaluated by our crisis team.
