Karen Harbour has over 15 years experience as a fitness coach. Her
passion for fitness is evident in her coaching style and her devotion to
health is reflective in her cooking.

since crossfit I realized that it's about functional fitness and efficiency."
She is excited to teach you what she knows about health & fitness and
