One World Running is an international program promoting an awareness of health, fitness and nutrition by providing running shoes to those in need in the United States and around the world. We also put on 5K walk/runs to foster an enviroment of exercise and to increase understanding and goodwill between people.

Four seminal figures that made Boulder the athletic capital of the U.S.;; Frank Shorter (Running/picture left) Dave Scott (Triathlon) Davis Phinney/Connie Carpenter (Cycling) Layton Kor (Climbing) They will be recognized for their achievements and comprise the first class of the Boulder Sports Hall of Fame. Come dance to the salsa sounds of La Candela, OddMenOut, as well as African and Caribbean world music, illustrating the various regions of the globe where One World Running works. A silent auction with myriad cool items starts at 5 p.m. Come mingle with some of Boulder’s best, while raising money to help O.W.R. further its mission of promoting health and fitness nationally and internationally.
