REGOLAMENTO INTERNO PER IL SOGGIORNO
1) Possono accedere al centro persone di qualunque nazionalità che
siano in grado di esibire al loro ingresso i documenti di identità all’uopo richiesti dalle autorità di P.S. italiane, consegnandoli per la registrazione.
2) La permanenza nel centro implica l’accettazione del presente regolamento. È fatto obbligo di osservare le precisazioni sui cartelli. 3)
La direzione ha il diritto di rimuovere la tenda o altro mezzo di alloggiamento non occupato di continuo, o per qualsiasi imprevista necessità.
4) Ogni campeggiatore, prima dell’inizio del soggiorno, è pregato di prendere visione delle tariffe esposte nel Centro Vacanze “La Masseria”.
5) I bambini devono essere sorvegliati dai loro accompagnatori, evitando che arrechino fastidio agli altri ospiti.
6) Ammessi cani di piccola/media taglia (1 per piazzola).
7) I cani in regola con la prescritta vaccinazione vanno tenuti al guinzaglio con museruola, non devono essere causa di disturbo agli altri
e non possono salire sul bus/navetta per Gallipoli. I loro proprietari
devono condurli periodicamente nelle apposite aree, per evitare che
possano insudiciare il terreno utilizzato dagli ospiti.
8) Il veicolo dovrà essere perfettamente frenato, il proprietario deve
adottare tutte le precauzioni per evitare danni alle persone ed alle
cose proprie e di terzi; lo stesso potrà accedere all’interno solo ed
esclusivamente al momento dell’arrivo e della partenza per le sole
operazioni di carico e scarico bagagli; durante il periodo di permanenza deve essere parcheggiato nell’apposita area a parcheggio.
9) Le radio saranno tollerate purché tenute a basso volume, e non
disturbino il riposo altrui.
10) Per la tranquillità di tutti in questo luogo regnano: EDUCAZIONE RISPETTO - COMPOSTEZZA - MORALITÀ.
11) Saranno immediatamente espulse dal centro le persone in stato
di ubriachezza o in altri atteggiamenti per i quali ne risentano il prestigio e la dignità del luogo, che arrechino danno in qualsiasi maniera
e che in una qualunque forma violino quanto disposto dalla direzione
del centro. Saranno, altresì esclusi dal centro gli ospiti che osserveranno comportamento scorretto nei confronti del personale addetto
ai servizi; ogni eventuale lamentela dovrà essere presentata esclusivamente alla Direzione.
12) Il bagno nel mare antistante La Masseria è fatto a proprio rischio
e pericolo. La Direzione non ne risponde in nessun caso.
13) Ogni ospite o persona alloggiata è tenuta a custodire personalmente le cose di sua proprietà. È responsabile di danni che può procurare a persone o cose. In nessun caso la Direzione risponde per
qualsiasi danno potesse essere arrecato a chi soggiorna e agli oggetti
di sua proprietà.
14) Il centro è custodito, ma la Direzione non si rende responsabile
di eventuali furti. La Direzione risponde solo degli oggetti e valori depositati negli uffici.
15) Chiunque è tenuto a consegnare in Direzione gli oggetti eventualmente rinvenuti. La Direzione li terrà a disposizione dei legittimi
proprietari per un anno.
16) I reclami eventuali o richieste sono presi in considerazione solo
se firmati e presentati in direzione.
17) Le eventuali infrazioni alle disposizioni di legge ed al presente
regolamento possono portare all’immediata espulsione dal campo ed
alla segnalazione all’autorità competente per le conseguenti sanzioni.
18) È vietato: depositare pietre lungo il bordo delle tende; accendere
fuochi di legna o di altro genere; conficcare chiodi negli alberi o commettere atti che possano danneggiare le piante, i fiori e le attrezzature; gettare a terra carte o altri rifiuti che devono essere riposti negli
appositi cassonetti; fare schiamazzi o intonare canti corali in qualsiasi
ora del giorno o della notte.
19) Ogni equipaggio può illuminare il proprio ambiente con una lampadina che non deve essere superiore a 40 Watt.
20) Gli equipaggi possono accedere al centro dalle 8 alle 12 e dalle
16 alle 20; detti orari devono essere rispettati anche dagli equipaggi
in partenza.
21) È fatto obbligo a tutti gli ospiti di usare i sacchetti di spazzatura.
I sacchetti devono essere regolarmente legati e depositati negli appositi spazi di raccolta. I sacchetti vanno depositati entro le ore 9 e
le ore 17 di ogni giorno. È altresì obbligatorio procedere alla raccolta
differenziata dei rifiuti. Allo scopo, sono riconoscibili i diversi contenitori per plastica, vetro, carta.
22) Il personale di custodia e vigilanza del centro è incaricato di far
rispettare il presente regolamento.
23) Durante le ore di riposo, dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00 e dalle
ore 24.00 alle ore 07.30 è rigorosamente proibito ogni rumore molesto.
24) Il corrispettivo di soggiorno è calcolato dal momento dell’arrivo sino alle ore 10.00 del giorno successivo, la permanenza
anche parziale, successiva alle ore 10.00, comporta il pagamento dell’intera tariffa di soggiorno.
25) Permanenza minima di gg. 7 nella settimana di ferragosto (dal
12/08 al 15/08), anche per persone aggiunte.
26) Non sono ammessi ospiti o visite nella settimana di ferragosto
(dal 12/08 al 15/08).
27) L’utilizzo della Piscina è consentito agli ospiti del Centro nel pieno
rispetto degli orari di apertura e chiusura e delle normative previste.

CAMPSITE RULES & REGULATIONS
1) The campsite is open to people of any nationality in possession of
the relevant identity documents required by the Italian Authorities for
Public Security.
2) The accommodation at the campsite implies the acceptance of
these rules and regulations. It is compulsory to follow the instructions
written on the information signs.
3) The direction reserves the right to remove the tents or equipment
that are not occupied continuously; this decision could also be made
in the case something unforeseen does happen.
4) Before the beginning of their stay, guests must have read and accepted the rates of Centro Vacanze “La Masseria”.
5) Children must be supervised by their parents in order to avoid other
guests being unnecessarily disturbed.
6) Small/medium-size pets admitted (1 per pitch).
7) Dogs complying with all necessary vaccination requirements have
to be muzzled and kept on a lead; they must not disturb and cannot
be taken on board the shuttle bus to Gallipoli. The owners must take
their dogs to areas that are specifically designed for them, and avoid
they may dirty the soil.
8) Cars must be parked with their brakes inserted, and the owners
must take all precautions to avoid they cause damage to people or
things; the owners can use their cars upon arrival and departure for
loading and unloading only; during their stay, the car must be parked
in the specifically designed area.
9) Radios can be tolerated provided the volume level is low and does
not disturb the other guests.
10) For the common peace and tranquillity, please remember these
words: POLITENESS - RESPECT - COMPOSURE - MORALTY.
11) Drunk people, people that do not respect the principles of dignity
or those who cause damage or do not comply with the relevant rules
and regulations will be immediately expelled from the campsite.
People who behave incorrectly towards the staff will be expelled from
the campsite as well; any claims must be made to the Direction only.
12) Bathing in the sea in front of La Masseria is made at your own
risk and peril. The Direction cannot be held responsible.
13) Guests are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings.
They are responsible for any damage they can cause to people or
things.
The Direction cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to
guests and their personal belongings.
14) The campsite is surveilled, but the Direction cannot be held responsible for any theft. The Direction is responsible for the safe keep-
ing of personal items and valuables only.
15) People are asked to take lost and found items to the Direction.
The Direction will store them for their owners for one year.
16) Any claims and requests will be taken into account if they are
made to the Direction and signed only.
17) Infringement of the current rules and regulations can cause the
sudden expulsion from the campsite, and authorities can be involved
for the corresponding penalties.
18) It is forbidden to place stones on the edge of the tents; light fires;
hammer nails into the trees or damage plants, flowers and equipment; throw rubbish in the camping area; cackle or sing at any time
of the day or night.
19) Each pitch can be illuminated with a light bulb with a maximum
of 40 Watts power.
20) Guests can enter the campsite from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00
to 20:00; these timetables must be respected upon departure too.
21) Guests must use garbage bags. They must be closed and taken
to the relevant waste collection points. Garbage bags must be thrown
away by 9 and 17 each day. Separate collection is also mandatory.
There are specific containers for plastic, glass and paper.
22) Our monitoring and surveillance staff is in charge of supervising
the respects of these rules and regulations.
23) During the hours of rest, from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to
07:30, excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
24) The total amount due for the stay is calculated from the moment of arrival up to 10:00 of the following day; a prolonged stay,
even if partial, after 10:00 will determine the payment of the total
amount.
25) Minimum stay required is 7 days in the central week of August
(from 12/08 to 15/08), including extra persons.
26) Visitors are not allowed in the central week of August (from 12/08
to 15/08).
27) Admission to the pool is permitted in compliance with the opening
and closing times established by current rules and regulations.

INTERNE AUFENTHALTSVORSCHRIFTEN
1) Jede Person, unabhängig von ihrer Staatsangehörigkeit, die bei der Anreise
in der Lage ist, einen behördlich ausgestellten Personalausweis vorzulegen
und diesen bei der Anmeldung abgibt hat Zugang zur Ferienanlage.
2) Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienanlage impliziert die Anerkennung der Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung und deren Einhaltung. Erläuterungen auf den Schildern mu?
ssen gelesen und beachtet werden.
3) Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, Zelte bzw. Wohnmobile/Wohnwägen,
die nicht ständig bewohnt werden zu entfernen.
4) Jeder Campinggast wird gebeten, vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes, die von der
Ferienanlage “La Masseria” veröffentlichen Tarife zur Kenntnis zu nehmen.

8) Das Fahrzeug muss ordnungsgemäß abgestellt werden, der Besitzer muss alle
erforderlichen Maßnahmen treffen, um Sach- und Personenschäden zu vermeiden; dieser darf die Ferienanlage ausschließlich bei der An- und Abreise, zum
Aus- und Einladen des Reisegepäcks, befahren; das Fahrzeug muss während der
gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer am vorgesehenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden.
9) Radios sind bei geringem Volumen und solange Sie die Ruhe der anderen
Gäste nicht stören erlaubt.
10) Um die Ruhe allen Gästen zu garantieren, herrschen an diesem Ort: GUTES
BENEHMEN - RESPEKT - ANSTAND - MORAL.

24) Die Verrechnung des Aufenthaltes erfolgt ab dem Zeitpunkt der Anreise bis 10.00 Uhr des Abreisetages, sollte die Abreise nach 10.00 Uhr
erfolgen, wird der gesamte Tagestarif in Rechnung gestellt.
25) Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt in der Woche von Mariä Himmelfahrt 7 Tage
(vom 12/08 bis 15/08), dies gilt auch fu?
r zusätzliche Personen.
26) Gäste oder Besuche sind in der Woche von Mariä Himmelfahrt nicht gestattet (von 12/08 bis 15/08).
27) Die Benutzung des Schwimmbades ist den Gästen der Ferienanlage nur
während den Öffnungszeiten sowie bei Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen
Ordnung gestattet.
