construction of building projects in the
range of 10 to 500 million EUR.
omniCon defines itself as a “temporary building
department” with focus on the following:
Construction Management
Project Management
Construction Supervision
omniCon represents the clients interests and
acts as the interface for all project participants.
This enables omniCon to fulfill all requirements
concerning time, budget and quality of the
construction project.
As a temporary construction department
omniCon organizes the planning process and
operates in consideration of the client’s interests
and added value, using the expertise as a
general contractor substitute. omniCon was
founded 2001 by Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Uwe Frerichs and
Dipl.-Ing. Harald Hommel. Since 2008 omniCon
is a part of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH.

We focus on the certification by the LEED system, DGNB and BREEAM. These contributes the continuous development of ecological, economic and technical quality of the
building.

(Frankfurt), TOUR TOTAL (Berlin) or Mercedes-Benz distribution Germany (Berlin).
