Nebenbestimmungen
Jede Einrichtung, die dem genehmigten Typ entspricht, ist gemäß der angewendeten
Vorschrift zu kennzeichnen.
Das Genehmigungszeichen lautet wie folgt:

Die
Einzelerzeugnisse
der
reihenweisen
Fertigung
müssen
mit
den
Genehmigungsunterlagen genau übereinstimmen. Änderungen an den Einzelerzeugnissen
sind nur mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung des Kraftfahrt-Bundesamtes gestattet.
Änderungen der Firmenbezeichnung, der Anschrift und der Fertigungsstätten sowie eines bei
der Erteilung
der Genehmigung benannten Zustellungsbevollmächtigten oder
bevollmächtigten Vertreters sind dem Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
Verstöße gegen diese Bestimmungen können zum Widerruf der Genehmigung führen und
können überdies strafrechtlich verfolgt werden.
Die Genehmigung erlischt, wenn sie zurückgegeben oder entzogen wird, oder der
genehmigte Typ den Rechtsvorschriften nicht mehr entspricht. Der Widerruf kann
ausgesprochen werden, wenn die für die Erteilung und den Bestand der Genehmigung
geforderten Voraussetzungen nicht mehr bestehen, wenn der Genehmigungsinhaber gegen
die mit der Genehmigung verbundenen Pflichten – auch soweit sie sich aus den zu dieser
Genehmigung zugeordneten besonderen Auflagen ergeben - verstößt oder wenn sich
herausstellt, dass der genehmigte Typ den Erfordernissen der Verkehrssicherheit oder des
Umweltschutzes nicht entspricht.
Das Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt kann jederzeit die ordnungsgemäße Ausübung der durch diese
Genehmigung verliehenen Befugnisse, insbesondere die genehmigungsgerechte Fertigung
sowie die Maßnahmen zur Übereinstimmung der Produktion, nachprüfen. Es kann zu diesem
Zweck Proben entnehmen oder entnehmen lassen. Dem Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt und/oder
seinen Beauftragten ist ungehinderter Zutritt zu Produktions- und Lagerstätten zu gewähren.
Die mit der Erteilung der Genehmigung verliehenen Befugnisse sind nicht übertragbar.
Schutzrechte Dritter werden durch diese Genehmigung nicht berührt.

Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung
Gegen diese Genehmigung kann innerhalb eines Monats nach Bekanntgabe Widerspruch
erhoben werden. Der Widerspruch ist beim Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, Fördestraße 16,
DE-24944 Flensburg, schriftlich oder zur Niederschrift einzulegen.

Collateral clauses
All equipment which corresponds to the approved type is to be identified according to the
applied regulation.
The approval identification is as follows: - see German version The individual production of serial fabrication must be in exact accordance with the approval
documents. Changes in the individual production are only allowed with express consent of
the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt.
Changes in the name of the company, the address and the manufacturing plant as well as
one of the parties given the authority to delivery or authorised representative named when
the approval was granted is to be immediately disclosed to the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt. Breach
of this regulation can lead to recall of the approval and moreover can be legally prosecuted.
The approval expires if it is returned or withdrawn or if the type approved no longer complies
with the legal requirements. The revocation can be made if the demanded requirements for
issuance and the continuance of the approval no longer exist, if the holder of the approval
violates the duties involved in the approval, also to the extent that they result from the
assigned conditions to this approval, or if it is determined that the approved type does not
comply with the requirements of traffic safety or environmental protection.
The Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt may check the proper exercise of the conferred authority taken
from this approval at any time. In particular this means the compliant production as well as
the measures for conformity of production. For this purpose samples can be taken or have
taken. The employees or the representatives of the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt may get
unhindered access to the production and storage facilities.
The conferred authority contained with issuance of this approval is not transferable. Trade
mark rights of third parties are not affected with this approval.
Instruction on right to appeal
This approval can be appealed within one month after notification. The appeal is to be filed in
writing or as a transcript at the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, Fördestraße 16,
DE-24944 Flensburg.

Wheel calliper check
If the requirements and recommendations in the
annex are fulfilled, then the wheels have sufficient
distance from the brake and chassis parts, which has
been checked by integrating the brake contours in
the wheel drawing. The free movement of the tires is
guaranteed for normal road traffic conditions since
this wheel/ tire combination is approved by the
vehicle manufacturer.
The contour of the calliper profile of the replacement
wheel of the vehicle manufacturer was not available.
Therefore, the check was carried out on the basis of
the recorded rotational contours of the brake of all
kind of vehicle designs. The defined criteria in 2.1 of
the annex 10 of the regulation shall be complied with.

The check of the ventilation holes shows that the
sum of the ventilation area is greater than the most
unfavorable standard wheel and thus no
deterioration of the braking effect, can be expected.
Standard wheel mounting components of the vehicle
manufacturer shall be used for light metal alloy
wheels of the vehicle type. The requirements stated
in point 2.3 of annex 10 are fulfilled.
Note:
The tightening torque for the wheel mounting is to be
observed. Use of a calibrated torque wrench is
therefore recommended. After a driving distance of
50 km the wheel mountings must be tightened with
the required tightening torque.
The requirements of the Regulation ECE R 26 6.7.
are fulfilled.
The measurements and tolerances of the rim contour
according to E.T.R.T.O/ JATMA standard and the
general requirements of the ECE regulation 124 shall
be fulfilled.
The material test according to annex 4 has been
completed ( material test report Typ 612-4 dated
16.04.14 by HIJOIN Ind. Co. Ltd.).

defined by the technical service TÜV AUSTRIA
AUTOMOTIVE GMBH

regarding mounting instruction are fulfilled.
The tests according to the provisions laid down in
annex 4 have been conducted and documented by
the manufacturer. The mandatory tests according to
the regulation have been carried out.

10B) Apart from tires with an M + S tread, the required minimum speed ranges for the tires to be used, taking
load indexes into consideration, can be found in the vehicle documentation, unless deviations have been
defined in the scope of application.
11H) If the standard spare wheel is used, the car should be driven at moderate speed and for no longer than
necessary. The wheel must be fitted with standard fastening elements. When the spare wheel is used on
four-wheel-drive vehicles, care should be taken to use only tires with identically sized rolling
circumference.
11N) The brake and steering systems and the suspension, except for custom suspension springs, must be
standard, unless governed by other requirements. For custom suspension springs, a national type
approval or a component type approval is necessary; there must be no technical objections to the use of
the wheel/tire combination. If the suspension is modified at the time the custom wheels are fitted, this
modification and its effect on the fitting of custom wheels must be separately evaluated.
12K) The use of snow chains is only permitted if the latter have been approved by the vehicle manufacturer for
this wheel/tire combination (cf. operating instructions).
51A) The inflation pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer (see operating instructions or tire inflation
pressure indicated on the vehicle) or tire manufacturer must be observed. According to the manufacturer,
tires with run-flat properties may only be used in combination with a tire inflation monitoring system.
51G) This wheel/tire combination may only be used if this tire has already been entered as the standard in
vehicle documents or has been approved by the vehicle manufacturer, see excerpts from EC vehicle
approval (EC certificate of compliance). The load index, speed symbol, M+ S identification, the tire makes
entered in the vehicle documentation and the remarks and recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer
must be observed when this tire size is used.
711) The wheels may be balanced on the inner side of the rim only with adhesive weights.
714) The wheels may only be balanced on the outer side of the rim by positioning adhesive weights below the
drop center.
721) The only valves permissible are rubber valves or threaded metal valves with union nuts from the outside
which correspond in all critical points to the standards (DIN, E.T.R.T.O or Tire and Rim) and for which a
rated valve-hole diameter of 11.3 mm is suitable. The valve may not project over the rim edge.
73C) Only tubeless tires may be used.
74D) Only the standard wheel-fastening elements may be used.
76V) The use of this tire size and offset is only permitted if used as standard.
