For many years BOSIG has been impressing with innovative building materials for sustainable construction. It has always been our passion to step out into the future and to meet the demands of the future
with intelligent products. The daily challenges in the field of construction require that we always be
capable of offering you the newest and best products. We put our entire competence into the continuing
development of our technology systems as well as into the application of our products.
In order to keep supplying our partners with new ideas and interesting solutions, research is constantly
being undertaken at BOSIG’s labb2. Our ongoing objective is continuing development
to meet new challenges. Not only the expansion of the raw materials and substances
but also the manufacturing and packaging processes are subject to a continuous
process of research. This is how we establish our links to the research departments of public institutes
but also to manufacturers of raw materials and machinery. This is coupled with the goal of always being
able to offer our customers the best product solutions.
Our living environment affects our health and wellbeing. Our healthy living products
assist you in reducing the emission of hazardous substances in the connecting areas

Fasatan ®/Fasatyl ® - The façade sealing system
Fasatan ®/Fasatyl ® are used, among other things, for sealing building edifices with curtain
wall, rear-ventilated façades. The simple and problem-free bonding of the flexible sheets between
the building superstructure and the façade with Fasatan ®-TFS-Glue ensures a firm fixing to
the building superstructure and therefore a durable sealing of the unavoidable construction gaps
in accordance with the latest technical state-of-the-art and regulations.

foils are equipped with a factory-applied self-adhesive layer. The method of use is as easy as one
can imagine. Remove the protective foil - press into position - done!

Fasatan ®/Fasatyl ® Weatherstrip System
BOSIG offers a weatherstrip-solution as an installation aid for all common façade systems such
as Schüco, Wicona or Akotherm. A corresponding welt-profile is applied in the factory to the tried
and trusted sealing foils Fasatan ® and Fasatyl ®. This makes clipping the weatherstrip into the
specially provided groove on the aluminium profile as easy as possible.

Fasatan ® TFS - The solvent-free adhesive
Fasatan ® TFS is a soft elasticity, single component adhesive and sealant. Fasatan ® TFS is
resistant to early morning condensation and is vulcanised by air humidity to form a soft elastic,
rubbery adhesive. Fasatan ® TFS is extremely weather and chemical proof and in addition the
adhesive is isocyanate-free.

Noiseflex ® Proof is a self-bonding sound absorber made of polyurethane foam with a protective surface coating of polyurethane lining on one side. This absorption layer is excellently suited

sheet metal cladding and can even be used for thin shit metal cladding in automobile construction.

Bathtub sealing tape sa is a special tape for sealing of baths, shower trays and the like against
a wall. The stipulations of the ZDB [German Construction Confederation] data sheet “Substrate
waterproofing” state that baths and shower trays must be sealed underneath and behind if the
surrounding structures or laying substrates are sensitive to moisture or if the wet area in which
the bath is located falls under moisture stress classes A and C.
