Akademische Fähigkeiten, die sich in den Leistungsnachweisen der Universität zeigen, sind wichtig, aber die Law School berücksichtigt zusätzlich zu den quantitativen Maßstäben auch weitere vielseitige Komponenten. Diejenigen, die am Zulassungsprozess beteiligt sind, beachten die Zielsetzung der Fakultät, Anwälte hervorzubringen, die kompetent und mitfühlend sind, und die sich verpflichten, ihr Wissen mit Integrität für ihre Mandanten einzusetzen. Allgemeine Voraussetzungen • Ein Juris-Doctor-Abschluss oder ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften an einer anerkannten Hochschule oder Universität • Anmeldeformular • Persönliche schriftliche Aussage über Ihr spezifisches Interesse am LL.M.-Studium des US-amerikanischen Rechts der Notre Dame Law School • Lebenslauf • Zwei Empfehlungsschreiben Bewerber müssen sich online über das LSAC Online-Anmeldesystem anmelden. Anmeldegebühr Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt 75 US-Dollar. Sie können die Anmeldegebühr online zusammen mit der Anmeldung über LSAC einreichen. Anmeldeschluss Anmeldeschluss für das LL.M.-Studium des US-amerikanischen Rechts ist der 1.4.2014. Interviews und Campus-Events Einige Studenten werden um Telefoninterviews gebeten. Bestimmungen für Englischkenntnisse Bewerber, die keine Englisch-Muttersprachler sind, müssen offizielle Bewertungsberichte über einen der folgenden Tests liefern. TOEFL Die erforderliche Mindestpunktzahl von 100 für einen internetbasierten Test, oder 600 für einen Papier-und-Bleistift Test.
