At the end of every print finishing process the question arises
how to economically process and deliver stacks of finished
products.
An automatic palletizer often is
the ideal solution.
The Müller Martini Cohiba
automatic palletizer is the most
efficient choice for any finishing system,
for processing adhesive bound
or stitched products delivered
from compensating stackers in
loose or packaged stacks.
Air cushions in the infeed, at
the turntable and in the gripper
clamp, ensure gentle handling
of all products. Modern touch
screen electronics allow the
operator to interact easily with
the system. The software optimizes the layout of stacks on
the pallet and ensures the
most efficient palletizing
sequence.

State-of-the-art electronics
The menu-guided touch screen enables the
operator to set up the system, or to program,
as well as edit preset or existing programs,
and to enter operating parameters.
The user interface is based on Windows® software. The system suggests the optimum,
space saving
pallet layout for each order and ensures a stable arrangement of the stacks on the pallet.
Production data can be displayed on a large
screen in a choice of languages, or it can be
saved, and in the case of repeat orders, retrieved.
The operator can create a new
program or retrieve an existing
one.
The computer program
automatically generates the
optimum pallet layout.
The pallet layout is optimized by
selecting individual stacks on the
touch screen.

conveyor
belt and buffer conveyor.

Sanfter Greifer
Nachdem die Stange von einem motorisierten Ausstosser sanft vom luftkissenunterstützten Gleittisch
geschoben worden ist, wird sie von der Klemmzange auf dem Greifer festgehalten. Dadurch wird
ein Verrutschen der einzelnen Exemplare verhindert.
Nun wird die Stange, immer noch festgehalten
durch die Klemmzange, im Greifer zur Palette
transportiert...
und in der vom Layout vorgegebenen Position exakt
plaziert.
