formart GmbH & Co. KG, one of Germany’s leading residential real estate developers, has successfully concluded the marketing of its new “Studio Eins” apartment building in Frankfurt ahead of the project’s completion, slated for summer
2015. All of the 224 apartments in Krifteler Straße in Frankfurt’s Gallus district
have been sold to investors. Tectareal Asset Services GmbH will handle the letting of the apartments.
“The successful marketing phase is a confirmation of our project. We had sold
almost half of the apartments by the time the cornerstone was laid, and the response on the market was very good,” said Stefan Dahlmanns, the head of formart’s subsidiary in North Rhine-Westphalia. “Frankfurt is home to many commuters and young professionals looking for high quality apartments near the city
centre. The Gallus district is currently one of the most interesting parts of the
city, and is undergoing dynamic development.”
The “Studio Eins” project is a full-service concept. The well-appointed apartments are fully furnished and cleverly laid out. In addition, the building has 75
parking spaces, room for 160 bicycles, a laundry room, gym, and a
study/reading room. Concierge service and a 24-hour hotline are also included.
