From Knox Street, head south on McKinney Avenue for

Jonathan Adler and Design Within Reach. Forty Five Ten
takes up residence at 4510 McKinney Ave., and is known for

accessories from the likes of Céline, Proenza Schouler,

Two blocks west of McKinney Ave. on Travis Street

The stretch of Lovers Lane just east of the Dallas
North Tollway is a hot spot for Dallas' savviest shoppers.
Start at Elements, a Dallas institution for looks from
lesser-known designers from L.A. and Europe like Mara
Hoffman, M Missoni, McQ by Alexander McQueen and
Marchesa Voyage. Next door, Elle—Elements’ sister
store—stocks more affordable, trend-driven styles from
brands like T-Bags and Rachel Pally. Just a few doors down,
Adeline specializes in styles for the fashionista on a budget.
Private boutique labels abound at unbelievable prices.
Shoppers in the know shop the Dallas Design District
when their spaces need an update. Once considered off-limits to
the public, many of the Design District’s long-time to-the-tradeonly showrooms and shops are now open to everyone.
Just south of the Design District sits a cluster of shops on
Riverfront Boulevard that are an antique lover’s dream.
Family-owned Uncommon Market is a Dallas must-see that’s
home to 44,000 square feet of antique finds from around the
globe. A variety of vendors fill White Elephant Antique
Warehouse’s 23,000 square foot interior with everything from
turquoise foo dog lamps to symphony harps. Lost...Antiques and
Found...Antiques are a pair of family-owned stores whose
inventories differ. At Lost, expect a selection of finds ranging from
the 1880s to the 1970s, that includes a vintage motorcycle shop.
Found is a smaller space, where vintage and antique furniture
mingle inside, while architectural finds line the backyard.
