Scobe Of Supply - Standard Packages
• Four stage compressor units with stainless steel valves, low speeds and heavy
construction for long & trouble free service life; simple & inexpensive to maintain
• Safety valves on each stage and at the discharge ; double safety valves on
dual pressure systems (225-310 bar / 3260-4500 Psi)
• Oil level switch is standard on all W4 series compressors
• Stainless steel intercoolers and moisture separators for 2nd & 3rd stages
• Stainless steel aftercooler and moisture separator
• Pneumatically controlled 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th stage unloaders
• Toally enclosed intake filter assembly
• TEFC IP54/55 electric motors (230-400-440V / 50,60 Hz options)
• Automatic belt tightening slides and a totally enclosed belt guard system meets the OSHA, CE
and other international standards
• Precision combined pressure switch-gage
• High pressure particle and oil removal filter - stainless steel
• Purifier unit with Molecular Sieve and Active Carbon combination - stainless steel, designed
and built for life!
• Stainless steel refillable cartridges for cost saving on purification process
• Automatic drains for all moisture separators & the filter and a condensate collector tank
• Removable Filling Panel with large dial pressure gage indicating cylinder pressure, hoses and
yokes; additional range selector, interlock unit and safety valve
• Instrument Panel with 4 stage pressure gages and system pressure indicator
• Electrical Panel incorporating YA starter, main switch, hourmeter, 6 control LEDS, test, reset
and emergency pushbuttons
• Tropical Cooling with double fans for forced ventilation
