BRABUS ROCKET 900 – das ist die neue High Performance Referenz in der Luxusklasse, die BRABUS auf Basis des neuen Mercedes S 65 baut.
Herzstück der Highend-Limousine ist der BRABUS ROCKET 900 6.3 V12 Biturbo
Hubraummotor, der in unserem mit einem hochmodernen Maschinenpark ausgestatteten Motorenbau von serienmäßigen 6,0 auf 6,3 Liter erweitert wird. Ebenso
wichtig ist die Triebwerksperipherie: Anstelle der beiden Serienturbos kommen
Lader mit größerer Verdichtereinheit und Turbine sowie modifizierten Auspuffkrümmern zum Einsatz. Das BRABUS Ansaugmodul 900 sorgt für eine angemessene Luftversorgung des Motors.
Präzise kalibrierte Kennfelder für Einspritzung und Zündung stimmen die Hochleistungskomponenten optimal aufeinander ab. Das neue Motormanagement ist
nicht nur Garant für maximale Leistungsausbeute, sondern für die Erfüllung der
strengen Abgaswerte der aktuellen EURO VI Abgasnorm. Technologiepartner
MOTUL liefert die Hightech-Schmierstoffe für den kompletten Antriebsstrang.
Als Resultat der umfangreichen Arbeiten produziert das BRABUS ROCKET 900
6.3 V12 Biturbo Triebwerk einzigartige Leistungswerte: Die Spitzenleistung von
662 kW / 900 PS wird bei nur 5.500 U/min erreicht. Noch gewaltiger ist das maximale Drehmoment von 1.500 Nm bei 4.200 Touren. Im Auto wird dieser Wert
elektronisch auf 1.200 Nm begrenzt.
Die Fahrleistungen des BRABUS 900 ROCKET befinden sich auf dem Level von
reinrassigen Sportwagen der Spitzenklasse. Aus dem Stand katapultiert sich die
Luxuslimousine in nur 3,7 Sekunden auf Tempo 100. Nach nur 9,1 Sekunden werden 200 km/h erreicht. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit liegt bei über 350 km/h.
Die BRABUS Sportauspuffanlage mit Klappensteuerung untermalt dieses einzigartige Fahrerlebnis mit einem aufregenden Motorsound. Am Lenkrad kann der
Fahrer wählen, ob er seine Luxuslimousine unauffällig im diskreten, leisen „Coming Home“ Modus fahren will oder in der Sportposition einen betont kraftvollen
Zwölfzylinder-Sound genießen will.
Bei den extrem hohen Geschwindigkeiten, die der BRABUS ROCKET 900 mühelos erreicht, spielt natürlich auch die Aerodynamik eine existenzielle Rolle. Um die
Auftriebskräfte an Vorder- und Hinterachse zu minimieren und in eine optimale
Balance zu bringen, entwickelten die BRABUS Designer einen sportlich-elegant

BRABUS ROCKET 900 – that is the new reference for high performance in the luxury
class, which BRABUS builds based on the new Mercedes S 65.
At the heart of the high-end sedan is the BRABUS ROCKET 900 6.3 V12 Biturbo
increased-displacement engine, whose displacement is increased from standard
6.0 to 6.3 liters (366 to 384 cubic inches) in our engine shop equipped with a
state-of-the-art machine park. Just as important are the engine peripherals: the
two production turbos are replaced with turbochargers that have a larger compressor unit and a larger turbine as well as modified exhaust manifolds. The
BRABUS 900 intake module ensures an adequate air supply for the engine.
Precisely calibrated mapping for injection and ignition coordinate the perfect
interaction of the high-performance components. The new engine management
system not only guarantees maximum power, but also compliance with the
strict limits set by the current EURO VI emissions standards. Technology partner MOTUL supplies the high-tech lubricants for the entire powertrain.
As a result of the extensive work, the BRABUS ROCKET 900 6.3 V12 Biturbo engine delivers unrivalled performance figures: the peak power of 662 kW / 900 hp

Einen weiteren Beitrag zum aufregenden Look und zu einem noch dynamischeren und sichereren Handling leisten auch die maßgeschneiderten BRABUS
Monoblock Leichtmetallräder in 21 oder sogar 22 Zoll Durchmesser mit Hochleistungsreifen der Technologiepartner Continental, Pirelli oder YOKOHAMA.
Um die hohe Fahrdynamik der High Performance Luxuslimousine noch weiter
steigern zu können, wurde die BRABUS AIRMATIC SPORT-Unit, ein spezielles
Steuermodul für die Luftfederung der Luxuslimousine, entwickelt. Damit wird der
BRABUS ROCKET 900 um ca. 15 Millimeter tiefergelegt ohne den hervorragenden Fahrkomfort zu beeinträchtigen.
Das Interieur der High Performance Limousine demonstriert die hohe Handwerkskunst der BRABUS fine leather Sattlerei. Feines Leder und Alcantara wird hier mit
höchster Präzision bis in den letzten Winkel in exklusive Ausstattungen in jedem
gewünschten Farbton verwandelt.
Auf Kundenwunsch kann auch ein BRABUS „iBusiness“ Infotainment-System
harmonisch in den BRABUS ROCKET 900 integriert werden. Das Multimedia-Konzept basiert auf State-of-the-Art Komponenten von Apple wie dem iPad mini, dem
Mac mini, iPod touch und Apple TV, die über eine speziell entwickelte BRABUS
Remote App gesteuert und koordiniert werden.
Der BRABUS ROCKET 900 kann wahlweise als Komplettfahrzeug geordert oder
auf Basis eines bereits in Kundenhand befindlichen Mercedes S 65 aufgebaut
werden.

(887 bhp) is produced at a low 5,500 rpm. Even more massive is the peak torque
of 1,500 Nm (1,106 lb-ft) at 4,200 rpm. In the car, this figure is limited electronically to 1,200 Nm (884 lb-ft).
The performance of the BRABUS 900 ROCKET on the road is on the level of fullblooded top-class sports cars. From rest, the luxury sedan sprints to 100 km/h
(62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds. The sprint to 200 km/h (124 mph) takes a measly
9.1 seconds. Top speed is in excess of 350 km/h (217 mph).
The BRABUS sports exhaust system with actively controlled butterfly valve
accompanies this unique driving experience with a thrilling engine sound. A button on the steering wheel lets the driver choose between driving the luxury sedan
in a subtle and quiet “Coming Home” mode and enjoying a markedly powerful
twelve-cylinder sound.
It goes without saying that favorable aerodynamics are crucial at the extremely
high speeds so effortlessly attained by the BRABUS ROCKET 900. To minimize
aerodynamic lift on the front and rear axle and bring them into perfect balance,
the BRABUS designers developed a bodywork conversion kit with a sporty and
elegant style. Like in Formula 1 racing, the components are manufactured from
carbon fiber and give the luxury sedan a dynamic visual upgrade while optimizing
aerodynamic efficiency.
Tailor-made BRABUS Monoblock alloys with diameters of 21 and even 22 inches
also play an essential role in the thrilling looks and the even more dynamic and
safer handling. They are mounted with high-performance tires from technology
partners Continental, Pirelli or YOKOHAMA.
To be able to enhance the high level of driving dynamics of the high-performance
luxury sedan further still, the BRABUS AIRMATIC SPORT unit was developed, a
special control module for the air suspension of the luxury sedan. It lowers the
ride height of the BRABUS ROCKET 900 by about 15 millimeters (.6 inches) without compromising the outstanding ride quality.
The interior of the high-performance sedan demonstrates the high level of craftsmanship of the BRABUS fine leather upholstery shop. It transforms fine leather
and Alcantara with utmost precision in every last detail into exclusive interiors in
any desired color.
The BRABUS “iBusiness” infotainment system can also be integrated harmoniously into the BRABUS ROCKET 900 by customer request. The multimedia
system is based on state-of-the-art Apple components such as the iPad mini,
Mac mini, iPod touch and Apple TV, which are controlled and coordinated with a
specially developed BRABUS Remote App.
The BRABUS ROCKET 900 can be ordered as a complete car or be built based on
a Mercedes S 65 already in the possession of a customer.

G enf ist immer eine Reise wert und ganz besonders dann, wenn Anfang März
der Auto Salon im Kalender steht. Für uns ist die wichtigste jährliche Automobilausstellung der Welt seit Jahrzehnten Fixtermin im weltweiten „BRABUS Tourneeplan“.
Auf dem Genfer Auto Salon 2015 präsentierte BRABUS zahlreiche Weltpremieren
wie den BRABUS 900 ROCKET und das BRABUS 850 6.0 Biturbo Coupé auf Basis
der Mercedes S-Klasse sowie das exklusive BRABUS Veredelungsprogramm für die
neue V-Klasse. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des BRABUS Stands waren drei von Grund auf von der BRABUS Classic Division neu aufgebaute Mercedes Oldtimer, aus
denen besonders ein 300 SL Roadster herausragte.
Wie auf allen Messen, an denen BRABUS teilnimmt, war auch der Stand in Genf wieder der Treffpunkt für die VIPs aus der Automobilindustrie, Entertainment und Sport.
Mit mehr als 680.000 Besuchern demonstrierte der Genfer Auto Salon 2015 eindrucksvoll, dass die Faszination Auto ungebrochen ist.

2015 Geneva Motor Show
G eneva is always worth a visit and especially when the motor show is on the
agenda in early March. For us, the most important annual motor show has been a
fixture on the global “BRABUS tour plan” for decades.
At the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, BRABUS presented a host of world premieres
such as the BRABUS 900 ROCKET and the BRABUS 850 6.0 Biturbo Coupe
based on the Mercedes S Class, as well as the exclusive BRABUS refinement program for the new V-Class. Another focus of the BRABUS exhibition stand was on
three vintage Mercedes cars rebuilt from the ground up by the BRABUS Classic
Division, of which a 300 SL Roadster stood out in particular.
As at all motor shows of which BRABUS is a part, the exhibition stand in Geneva
was again the meeting point for VIPs from the automotive industry, entertainment
and sports.
With more than 680,000 visitors, the 2015 Geneva Motor Show demonstrated
impressively that the fascination that cars exude is undiminished.
TOP MARQUES Monaco 2015
M onte Carlo ist nicht nur Treffpunkt der Schönen und Reichen und Austragungsort
des spektakulärsten Formel 1 Rennens der Saison: Seit einem Dutzend Jahren gibt es
dort auch die TOP MARQUES Monaco, die vielleicht exklusivste Automobilausstellung der
Welt. 160 Aussteller präsentierten sich Mitte April diesen Jahres im Grimaldi Forum und
selbstverständlich war auch BRABUS wieder mit einem eigenen Stand im Fürstentum
vertreten. Fürst Albert, Oberhaupt des Kleinstaates an der Cote d’Azur, ließ es sich als
Schirmherr des Events genauso wenig nehmen, den BRABUS Stand zu besuchen wie
viele geschätzte Kunden unseres Hauses und Prominente aus Showbusiness und Sport.
M
onte Carlo is more than just the meeting place of the rich and famous and the
site of the most spectacular Formula 1 race of the season: for a dozen years, it is has
also been home to the TOP MARQUES Monaco, which just might be the world’s most
exclusive motor show. 160 exhibitors presented themselves in mid-April of this year
in the Grimaldi Forum and of course BRABUS was again present in the principality
with its own stand. As patron of the event, Prince Albert, head of the tiny state on the
Cote d’Azur, was not going to miss visiting the BRABUS and neither did many
esteemed customers of our company and celebrities from show business and sports.

auf der TECHNO-CLASSICA
H eimspiel für unsere Division, die mit ihren 6 Sterne Restaurationen von Mercedes-Benz Oldtimern perfekt den Zeitgeist trifft: Auf der 27. TECHNOCLASSICA, die vom 15. bis 19. April 2015 auf dem Messegelände in Essen stattfand, präsentierte sich BRABUS Classic auf zwei Ständen mit insgesamt zehn liebevoll restaurierten Mercedes-Benz Oldtimern.
Wie schon in den vergangenen Jahren gab es in Halle 1 einen gemeinsamen
Stand mit den Fahrzeugwerken LUEG. Als offizieller Mercedes-Benz ClassicPartner war BRABUS Classic außerdem auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand der Daimler AG
in Halle 3 vertreten.
Das Portfolio unserer absolut originalgetreuen Oldtimer auf der TECHNOCLASSICA 2015 reichte von zwei Mercedes 300 SL, einem Flügeltürer und einem
Roadster, über drei Mercedes 280 SL der W 113 „Pagode“ Baureihe und zwei
Mercedes 280 SE 3.5 Cabriolets der W 111 Serie bis zu den drei Youngtimern
Mercedes 450 SLC 5.0 und 560 SL aus der R/C 107 Generation und einem
SL 280 der R 129 Baureihe mit extrem niedriger Laufleistung.
Besucher und Experten der Oldtimerszene aus aller Welt zeigten sich von der
einzigartigen Güte unserer Arbeiten überaus beeindruckt und wir durften uns
nicht nur über verkaufte automobile Klassiker, sondern auch über neue Restaurationsaufträge freuen.
Ten BRABUS classic vintage cars
at the TECHNO-CLASSICA
A home game for our division whose 6-star restorations of vintage MercedesBenz cars are perfectly in line with the spirit of the times: at the 27th TECHNOCLASSICA, which opened its doors April 15 to 19, 2015 at the Essen Expo Center,
BRABUS Classic took the stage on two exhibition stands with a total of ten lovingly restored vintage Mercedes-Benz cars.
As already in past years, there was a joint stand with Fahrzeugwerke LUEG
Company in Exhibition Hall 1. As official Mercedes-Benz ClassicPartner,
BRABUS Classic was also present on the joint stand of Daimler AG in Exhibition
Hall 3.
The spectrum of our absolutely authentically restored vintage cars at the 2015
TECHNO-CLASSICA ranged from two Mercedes 300 SL, a Gullwing and a Roadster, and three Mercedes 280 SLs of the W 113 “Pagoda” model series to two
Mercedes 280 SE 3.5 Cabriolets of the W 111 series and three late-model classics, a Mercedes 450 SLC 5.0 and a 560 SL from the R/C 107 generation and an
SL 280 of the R 129 model series with extremely low miles.
Visitors and experts of the vintage car scene from all over the world were most
impressed by the quality of our work and we were not only pleased with the sales
of some automotive classics, but also with new orders for restorations.

559 kW / 760 hp (749 bhp) and 1,100 Nm (810 lb-ft) instead of stock 430 kW /
585 hp (576 bhp) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft): the current S 63 models, sedan or
coupe, are elevated to a new performance level by the new BRABUS B 63 S –
760 performance kit.
The conversion of the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 includes two larger turbochargers,
a larger intake module, metal catalysts for reduced back-pressure, a recalibrated
engine management system and a host of other details.
Without any compromises to refinement and durability, the 185 extra horses lend
the S Class models the performance of a full-blooded super sports car: the allwheel-drive version accelerates from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds. The top speed is limited electronically to 325 km/h (202 mph).

The installation of our plug-and-play auxiliary control unit bumps power output by 30 kW / 40 hp. With a new power output of 155 kW / 210 hp (207
bhp) and a peak torque of 410 Nm (302 lb-ft), the tuned GLA diesel sprints
from 0 -100 km/h (62 mph) in just 8.0 seconds. Top speed is increased to
220 km/h (137 mph).
We underscore the high quality of our engineering with the one-of-a-kind

BRABUS Power for the E 300 Hybrid
BRABUS has always been a pioneer of eco-friendly tuning. With the new PowerXtra
D4 Hybrid performance kit, we are now also offering the first power upgrade for a
Mercedes with alternative drive.
The plug-and-play module can be installed by any specialist workshop and bumps
power output of the four-cylinder turbodiesel engine by 27 kW / 37 hp (36 bhp)
while also adding an extra 60 Nm (44 lb-ft) of torque.
In concert with the electric motor, this results in a peak system output of 197 kW /
268 hp (264 bhp) and a maximum torque of 810 Nm (597 lb-ft).
As a result, both the sedan and the wagon with hybrid drive deliver even more
superior performance on the road. They accelerate from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in
just 6.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 247 km/h (153 mph).

Mercedes-Benz bietet das neue C-Klasse T-Modell in den verschiedenen Ausstattungslinien Serie, AVANTGARDE, EXCLUSIVE und AMG Line an. Für alle Versionen bietet BRABUS maßgeschneiderte Karosserieteile an, die in Erstausrüstungsqualität aus hochwertigem PUR hergestellt werden.
Das hier abgebildete Fahrzeug mit AMG Line Bodystyling wurde mit dem betont
sportlich gestylten BRABUS Frontspoiler aufgewertet, der an Kombi und Limousine passt. Ein weiteres sportliches BRABUS Designelement ist der bei diesem
Auto ebenfalls in Kontrastfarbe lackierte Heckschürzeneinsatz im Diffusor-Look,
der die vier verchromten Endrohre der BRABUS Sportauspuffanlage perfekt in
Szene setzt.
Einen entscheidenden Anteil an der aufregenden BRABUS Optik haben auch die
Monoblock Räder, die auf allen C-Klasse Modellen, ob Limousine oder T-Modell,

Mercedes-Benz offers the new C-Class Wagon in various design and equipment
lines: standard specification, AVANTGARDE, EXCLUSIVE and AMG Line. BRABUS
has tailor-made bodywork components for all versions, manufactured in OEM
quality from high-grade PUR.The photo shows a vehicle with AMG Line body styling, which is upgraded with a BRABUS front spoiler with markedly sporty design,
which fits the wagon and the sedan. Another sporty BRABUS design element on
this car is the diffuser-look rear bumper insert, likewise painted in a contrasting
color. It provides the perfect backdrop for the four chrome-plated tailpipes of the
BRABUS sports exhaust system.
BRABUS Monoblock wheels, which can be mounted on all C-Class sedans and wagons in various designs and with diameters of 18, 19 or 20 inches, also play a crucial
role in the exciting BRABUS look. This particular wagon runs on BRABUS Mono-
block F cross-spoke wheels of sizes 8.5Jx20 at the front and 9.5Jx20 on the rear
axle. The optimal high-performance tires of sizes 225/35 ZR 20 and 255/30 ZR 20
are supplied by BRABUS technology partners Continental, Pirelli and YOKOHAMA.
The BRABUS sports suspensions and sports springs were developed jointly
with BILSTEIN and are calibrated to the use with these sporty low-profile tires. A
BRABUS control module is available for C-Class models equipped with AIRMATIC
air suspension ex-factory to enable lowering the ride height of the vehicle at the
push of a button.
BRABUS offers the world’s most extensive engine tuning program for MercedesBenz automobiles. We have selected two popular examples from the extensive
product range for the new C-Class here: the BRABUS PowerXtra B25.2 performance kit was developed for the gasoline-powered C 250. It bumps rated
output by 25 kW / 34 hp (34 bhp), while peak torque grows by 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
With a new power output of 180 kW / 245 hp (241 bhp) and a new peak torque of
400 Nm (295 lb-ft), the sprint time from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) is shortened to
6.5 seconds while top speed increases to 250 km/h (155 mph).

dem Turbodiesel zu 26 kW / 35 PS mehr und zu einem Drehmomentanstieg von
50 Nm. Mit nur 7,1 Sekunden auf Tempo 100 und einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit
von 240 km/h legt auch der Selbstzünder deutlich an Dynamik zu.

new Big Bang Unico Full Magic Gold chronograph at
the BASEL WORLD 2015, the watch industry’s equivalent to the Frankfurt Motor Show IAA.
This wristwatch impresses not only with its equally
classy and striking design, but above all with the
use of so-called “Magic Gold.” The scratch-resistant
18-carat material is produced at the Hublot factory
and according to the manufacturer can only be machined with diamond cutters.
The chronograph with a case diameter of 45 millimeters furthermore captivates with its skeleton design
and the precision craftsmanship employed in the making of this watch.

The starting point of every BRABUS 6-star restoration is always the dismantling
of the original car, down to the last nut and bolt. After all parts are inspected and
catalogued, unserviceable components are discarded and components that are
suitable for reconditioning are returned to mint condition by the best specialists
in the business.
All paint is removed from the body shell, which is then reconditioned and given
perfect corrosion protection before being resprayed in the original color. At the
same time, the powertrain and suspension are returned to new condition.
Special ‘Classic’ lubricants supplied by technology partner MOTUL ensure
maximum reliability in everyday operations.
The interior is restored completely in our upholstery shop using
materials of exactly the same color and quality as the original. Just
as true to the original is the new soft top of the convertible.
After the restoration work is complete, the four-seat cabriolet is
rebuilt from the ground up with utmost precision and then subjected to an extensive functional, safety and quality inspection.
After the finished BRABUS Classic 6-star restoration, each vehicle is evaluated by
Germany’s leading experts association for vintage cars, Classic Data. Due to the
unique quality and authenticity of the work performed, Classic Data has awarded

T he new Mercedes V-Class as a sporty-elegant jack of all trades: the exclusive
BRABUS refinement program leaves nothing to be desired!
A sporty-elegant design is the trademark of our aerodynamic-enhancement kit that
fits all V Class and Vito models. To make the front of the vehicle even more distinctive, the BRABUS designers developed attachments for the side air intakes, and a
front spoiler that mounts to the lower section of the bumper.
Tailor-made BRABUS Monoblock alloys also play a major role in the elegant looks
of the refined minivan. They come in four different designs and with diameters of
18 and 19 inches. The largest independently safety-certified version features size
8.5Jx19 wheels, available as BRABUS Monoblock F cross-spoke wheels or in the
BRABUS Monoblock R styling with five dimensionally offset pairs of double spokes.
The optimal high-performance tires up to size 255/40 ZR 19 are supplied by technology partners Continental, Pirelli and YOKOHAMA.
A three-piece fairing was developed for the rear bumper. Its two side pieces provide
the perfect backdrop for the four tailpipes of the BRABUS sports exhaust system. In
concert with the center piece with diffusor design, they lend the Mercedes a markedly sporty rear appearance.
To further improve active safety of the new multi-purpose vehicle without compromising the ride quality, the BRABUS suspension engineers developed special sports
springs which lower the ride height of the V-Class by about 15 to 25 millimeters
(.6 to 1 inch) depending on the model in question.

It goes without saying that in true BRABUS style there is also more power available. In a first step, the BRABUS engine specialists developed the PowerXtra D4
performance kit for the Mercedes V 250 BlueTEC. It boosts power output of the
four-cylinder common-rail turbodiesel engine by 33 kW / 45 hp (44 bhp) and bumps
torque by 70 Nm (52 lb-ft). The tuned people mover accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h
(62 mph) in just 8.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph).
The company upholstery shop can craft exclusive BRABUS fine leather appointments for the spacious interior of the minivan tailored to the customers’ individual
preferences. To this end, they combine Alcantara and especially soft and breathable BRABUS Mastik leather in any conceivable color with classy precious-wood or
sporty genuine carbon-fiber elements.
In the show car for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, BRABUS presented a first expansion stage of the BRABUS business/entertainment system for the new Mercedes
V-Class. It consists of two 15.6-inch LCD screens, which were stylishly integrated
into the headliner and display the image from Apple TV, Blu-Ray player or DVBT
receiver in HD quality.
A 4G Internet connection via WLAN router is available in the entire interior and
allows connecting a smartphone or tablet computer.
A BRABUS touch pad is stylishly integrated into the C-pillars on either side in the
rear. They can be used to open and close the BRABUS power curtains, operate the
sliding door or control the screens, reading lamps and the seat heating.

Our customers enjoy a virtually limitless variety of colors. What’s more: there is

A perfect example for the wealth of ideas of our engineers and upholsterers is a
new upholstery design, which we presented for the first time at the Geneva Motor
Show in two elaborately refined Mercedes G-Class off-roaders.
The interior of our mighty BRABUS 700 G 6x6 was appointed in our upholstery
shop with especially soft and breathable black Mastik leather, which was stitched
meticulously by hand with arrow-shaped highlights. This new, markedly sporty
design was further upgraded with red contrasting seams, which on the sides of
the seat were stitched in the style of a baseball.
The interior of the BRABUS 800 show car based on the Mercedes G 65 was
upholstered in the identical design with fine and especially soft toffee-colored
leather. The contrasting seams in this car were more subtle and stitched with
black thread.
