Broad St. These improvements will involve ADA compliant handicapped ramps at the four corners, asphalt road surfacing and crosswalk repaving. The limits of the road resurfacing will be on Elm St. between Quimby St. and municipal lot #4, and on E. Broad St. between Elm and Central Ave. This street improvement project began in late March and will continue in April.
