Village, a charitable organization that provides
home, family and support services to abused, abandoned or severely neglected children. SOS

in need.

anticipated Buffalo Wings & Rings opened its
doors in July. Buffalo Wings & Rings hosted its
private VIP event on July 13th with Vice Mayor
Lisa Aronson present during the ribbon cutting
ceremony. The restaurant also had a successful
grand opening to the public on July 15th offering
free wings to the first 300 customers.

On Saturday, July 18th, the Promenade at Coconut
Creek became a winter wonderland for a day. South
Florida Parenting and the Promenade partnered
to bring winter in July to the residents of Coconut
Creek. Family and friends enjoyed a snow day in
Florida. Yes, we did say SNOW and FLORIDA in
the same sentence!
The children were excited to see 8 tons of snow
just waiting for them to play in and play they did.
They climbed on snow hills while parents snapped
pictures of their little ones. The snow was not the
only magic trick performed on that day. The children
also enjoyed the magic and fun of magician James
Changefield, face painting and of course, free snow
cones for all.

The Promenade would like to welcome Allstate
Insurance Company to our Coconut Creek family.
Allstate Insurance has leased portions of two of the
three floors of the 75,000 square-foot office building
that is part of The Promenade at Coconut Creek. The
deal was recorded as the second largest commercial
real estate lease in South Florida. Allstate Insurance
will occupy nearly 34,000 square feet and is expected
to move in the last quarter
of 2009.
