TAKING PETER LEHMANN WINES TO NEW ELEVATIONS
Eden Valley Chardonnay
The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness to make a stylish but complex white
wine with great varietal definition. The colour is delicate green, gold and the bouquet
shows hints of freshly cut white peach and toasty nuances derived from barrel
fermentation in high quality French oak hogsheads. The palate is tightly structured
with a long, dry finish.

Barossa Tempranillo
Tempranillo is a Spanish red grape variety that plays a major role in the great red
wines of Rioja and Ribera del Duero in northern Spain.
This wine is deeply coloured and richly flavoured it will match robust red meat dishes
or a sharply flavoured Cheddar. The palate shows dark black cherry flavours and
finishes with lovely chalky tannins. There are similarities between these two famous
Spanish regions to the Barossa and it seems as if Tempranillo has found another
natural home on the Barossa floor.
