Admission to Continuing Education classes is open
to individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals
less than 18 years old who are high school graduates
or whose high school class has graduated may also
enroll in Continuing Education courses. High school
students may be admitted under the procedures
outlined under “Procedures for Concurrent Enrollment
by High School Students” in the college catalog.

Registration fees may vary for other classes. There are
no registration fees for Basic Skills/GED or English
as a Second Language classes. Tuition rates and fee
schedules are subject to change pending legislative and
state board action. Students who take an occupational
extension course more than twice within a five-year
period (unless required for certification, recertification
or licensure) are required to pay a different formula
rate. Registration confirmations are not mailed. You
are registered unless notified otherwise.
Refund Policy
This policy includes all occupational and community
services classes. A FULL refund will be given if the
student officially withdraws from class prior to the
first meeting. Refunds for self-support classes may
differ.
After the class begins, a 75% refund of tuition only
will be made if the student officially withdraws from
the class prior to or on the 10% point of scheduled
hours.

Transcripts
Transcripts for non-credit courses are released only
upon the written request of the student. Identification,
which includes a current photograph and signature
together on the same document, must be presented at
the time of the written request. Phone requests will
be accepted provided the student submits a transcript
request form by fax, bearing the signature of the
applicant for verification purposes. No transcript of
a student’s record will be released for any student or
alumnus whose financial obligations to the College
have not been satisfied. There will be no charge for
the transcript. It is recommended that at least one
week be allowed for the processing and mailing of
transcripts.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing of refunds.
