RACHEL SIVAK
DESIGNER
Rachel recently joined Acquilano Leslie Inc. after graduating
Suma Cum Laude from Rocky Mountain College of Art +
Design. At RMCA+D she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts
degree in Interior Design with an Emphasis in Green Design.
During her education, Rachel also studied in Copenhagen,
Denmark through the Denmark Institute for Study Abroad
and experienced study tours to both Sweden and Germany,
advancing her knowledge of sustainable development and
design.
Rachel’s project experience includes a number of projects
within the Crescent Real Estate Equities portfolio. This
includes many tenant improvement projects including Northwest Mutual, American Title Services, and FTI Consulting.
Rachel has also been deeply involved in the selection and specification process of FF&E items for specialty and highprofile spaces at the DaVita WHQ.
As a designer, Rachel’s job responsibilities include space planning, design development, construction documentation,
and finish/furniture selection. Rachel has a strong ability to recognize a space’s effect on the human perception which
drives her interest in both healthcare and corporate design. Her many talents make her a valued member of any project
team. She is supported throughout the project by the Principal In Charge.
