“Game of Your Life” Set to Air on Friday, December 2 at 8/7c on NBC
Walmart and P&G Bring Original Programming to Families this Holiday Season with the
Premiere of the Ninth Film in the Family Movie Night Initiative and Three New DVD Releases
CINCINNATI (November 14, 2011) - Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) and Walmart (NYSE:WMT) will
premiere the latest movie in their Family Movie Night initiative, "Game of Your Life” on Friday,
December 2, 2011 at 8/7c on NBC. This lighthearted and engaging story illustrates the importance
of loyalty, family and friendship as four college students embark on a journey that will challenge
them in more ways than they ever expected. Starring Nathan Kress, Titus Makin Jr. and Lea
Thompson, the dynamic and quirky characters in this “techy” drama will keep families entertained
this holiday season.
The three most recent Family Movie Night films, “Field of Vision,” “Who is Simon Miller?” and
“Game Time: Tackling the Past” will go on sale exclusively at Walmart on Tuesday, November 29,
2011 for $13.00 each, just in time for holiday gift-giving.
When college freshman Zach Taylor (Titus Makin Jr., “Glee” and “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A
Song”) lands a scholarship to the prestigious Digital Institute of Game Design led by billionaire
gaming icon Marcus Bentton (Tom Nowicki, “The Blind Side”), his future takes a promising turn.
That is, as long as he can survive the infamous freshmen project that eliminates more than half of
the class within the first three months.
Teamed up with determined group leader Sara, (Dana De La Garza, “Knight Rider”) and his
brilliant, yet socially awkward, roommates, Phillip (Nathan Kress, “iCarly”) and Donald (Adam
Cagley, “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” and “Good Luck Charlie”), the four set out to involve the
entire campus in a quirky new social interactive game. As the project intensifies, Zach learns that

his widowed father is in financial trouble. Distracted and desperate to help, he accepts an
opportunity to work with Bentton on a secretive and suspicious side project that seems too good to
be true.
Zach finds himself stretched to his limits and torn between his responsibility to the team and his
desire to help his father. With nowhere else to turn, he confides in Professor Abbie Lambert (Lea
Thompson, currently on “Switched at Birth” and best known for “Back to the Future,” and “Caroline
in the City,” and she is in the recently released “J. Edgar”) and is forced to make a decision that will
affect his future and the lives of everyone around him.
"I thought this movie was really appealing to the whole family,” said Lea Thompson. “It has become
harder and harder to find shows on TV that parents and their kids can enjoy watching together, so I
was excited to participate in this project and help bring more quality entertainment to families with
this movie.”
Titus Makin Jr. stars as Zach Taylor, the creative gaming genius, who comes to odds with his team
members when problems arise at home. His team members include quirky, but brilliant, gaming
programmers Phillip and Donald. Sara, the team’s leader, is the determined, self-confident driving
force in the group. Professor Abbie Lambert, played by Lea Thompson, is an empathetic ear who
helps guide Zach through the tough choices he must face.
P&G and Walmart Family Movie Night films have been welcomed into millions of homes across
America since “Secrets of the Mountain” first aired on April 16, 2010. In addition to “Field of Vision,”
“Who is Simon Miller?” and “Game Time: Tackling the Past” the first five movies in the franchise,
“Secrets of the Mountain,” “The Jensen Project,” “A Walk in My Shoes,” “Change of Plans,” and
“Truth Be Told,” are all currently available on DVD.
