NextGen Learning Center 5/8/2014 How To: Submit eLearning Requests and Inquiries All eLearning requests and inquiries should be submitted in the form of an incident via the NextGen Client Support Center. Please follow the instructions below when opening an incident for eLearning. 1. Go to the Client Support Center (CSC) website and login with your CSC login name and password. (Please note that this is not the same login name and password you use for eLearning.) If you do not already have an account, click the Register button on the CSC website to register for one. Please call 215-657-4373 for assistance with CSC registration or login issues. 2. Click Open New Incident on the Actions menu to the left. Reprint by permission only. 1 NextGen Learning Center 5/8/2014 3. On the Submit New Incident window, click the link for Application/Product this is regarding and double click NextGen Web Sites. 4. Click the Select a Subject link and double-click eLearning to select it. • Also select eLearning for inquiries about Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit and the NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) exam. • To purchase additional eLearning licenses, please visit the NextGen Store. • To make adjustments to your eLearning license total, please email NextGen Accounting at supportcenter@qsii.com. (Changes to the users assigned to your eLearning licenses should be submitted to eLearning via the process described above.) Contacting NextGen Training Resources (other than eLearning): • For assistance with the Upgrade Central website, please follow the process above to open an incident, and select NextGen Web Sites and then NextGen Web Sites – Other. Please mention the “Upgrade Central website” in your description. • For assistance with the Promise Point website access or registration, please contact the administrator at your company (the person who provided your login information). Support requests for the courses on the PromisePoint website should be directed to support@thebreakawaygroup.com. In the Description field, provide a brief summary of your request or issue. 6. Note the best time, number, and way to reach you where indicated (optional). 7. To submit your request, click the Save/Update button on the Actions menu to the left. 8. If you are submitting an account request to make changes to your eLearning roster, please be sure to attach your completed eLearning Request Form.
