Painless Implementation
Tiptoeing through the implementation process was not how
Tri-County Eye chose to proceed with implementation. It decided to
“rip the bandage off all at once” so to speak, when it came to staff
training and implementation — instead of staggering its “GoLive”
period over months, they conducted it in a short 45 day timeframe.
Its implementation process was made virtually painless with the
help of NextGen Healthcare. “During implementation, installation
and configuration, we had a NextGen Healthcare product manager
who worked closely with us. They helped us meet certain training
goals and requirements that made installation, configuration and
implementation easier and allowed us to be successful in a shorter
period of time.” explained Dr. Prince.
