How to Identify My Digital Video Product If you do not know what model of digital video product you have, there are 4 ways to determine the model name. The models available for an upgrade are listed below. Note: Models such as DSR2000e, DSR1000eZ, SymNet, SymDec1 and SymDec4 each have a single main firmware file for that particular model. There is no need to determine a specific model name that includes camera inputs. All 2nd generation DSR2000e and DSR1000eZ units use the same main firmware file.
