President: David Viana, baldwincivic@gmail.com Baldwin Council Against Drug Abuse (BCADA)/ Community Coalition Baldwin The Baldwin Council Against Drug Abuse (BCADA) offers preventive drug and alcohol education to district students and student and parent support groups as well as oversees the Community Coalition of Baldwin dedicated to creating positive community activities. Director: Claudia Rotondo (377-9313) Baldwin Educational Assembly (BEA) The Baldwin Educational Assembly (BEA) is a unique organization created by the Board of Education to strengthen relations and improve communications between the school board and community. The assembly is composed of volunteers who serve on committees that study charges by the board, BEA officers, and executive committee. Residents are encouraged to attend their general meetings.
