How to set up for CardLink Online RUC and Rego You must first be registered for CardLink Online (where you can access statements, fuel reports and current information linked
to your CardLink cards online). If you have already registered please read on. If not please read How To Register for CardLink
Online or register for CardLink Online here.
Authorising CardLink to purchase RUC and Rego’s on your behalf.
Note: To view “RUC and Rego” in menu, you must be the “User Admin” or be assigned the role of “OnlineRucRego”. If you cannot see this on your side menu and
you are a “User Admin” please contact our Customer Service Team 0800 655 601 on or your Account Manager.
Step One:
Log onto CLO (CardLink Online) www.cardlinkonline.co.nz
Step Two:
Top Menu - “Select An Account”
Click “Select”

Under “Accounts” heading scroll down to sub heading
“RUC and Rego”
Under this heading click on “RUCLA and MR1B Applications”

Click “Proceed”

How to set up for CardLink Online RUC and Rego Tip: If you have multiple accounts under your online account, you will need to choose which account you would like to set up for RUC and Rego.
Step Five:
Please complete the form and “Submit”.

Your form will be submitted to our RUC and Rego Team, for approval. This will be
processed during normal CardLink business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm)

You will be sent an email with your authorisation form that will need to be signed
and returned. Please follow instructions included in the email.
Note: If you have other accounts that you are responsible for please repeat the
above steps for each account you wish to add RUC and Rego to or alternatively
speak to your account manager.
