GRAD SCHOOL
EXPO
October 17, 2014 • 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
LSC-University Park
Welcome to the Lone Star College Doctoral Support Group’s Grad School Expo. This
year’s theme is building a culture of lifelong learning and scholarship. We hope to cultivate
interest in the benefits of pursuing a graduate degree, which will lead to the development of
professional learning communities on our campuses and in the greater Houston area. If you
are searching for a master’s or doctoral program, there are approximately 45 institutions
represented, a 77% increase over last year’s academic exhibitors. We are also proud to
note the 55% increase over last year’s registered attendees from the Lone Star College
System and the community. Panelists and presenters from every step of the graduate school
process are here to answer questions and provide valuable information. Thanks to all for
supporting this event!
