Girl Scout Daisies should let adults accept all money. • Never enter someone’s home while you are selling. • Never sell to people in cars or in other areas away from public access. • Only Internet sales permitted are via Ashdon Farms and QSP online link. • Customers will pay through the online system with credit card. • Girls can use e-mails to let family and friends know about the activity and to “market” the products. product program premium complete all four requirements for $75 Troop Shop certificate Girls participating in both programs ($75 in Magnut sales and 25 boxes of cookies - minimum) receive a special patch 1. Nut and candy delivieries w Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - November 17,18 & 19 w Some additional product MAY be available. Check with your PLC 7. Rewards and distribution w Girl/troop rewards ordered based on information entered in NutE system w Rewards shipped from Ashdon Farms to SU MagNut chair by mid-January 8. Payment w All troops will be required to participate in ACH (automatic withdraw) w Troops must have a current/up-to-date ACH form on file in the Louisville office 9. Family Owing Forms w Family Owing Forms are available from your SU MagNut chair w Troop is responsible for total amount unless Family Owing Form is filled out and then adjusted amount is withdrawn w Families not paying full bill CANNOT receive cookie materials until paid 10. Receive rewards & distribute to girls w Pick up from SU MagNut chair. Sign for and check rewards immediately w Shortages and/or exchanges CANNOT be filled/made after Feb 15, 2015 SETTING UP NutE Website address: ashdonfarmsnute.com Login: ___________________________ Password :________________________ • From the homepage at ashdonfarmsnute.com, anyone can access the Mini site with girl activities, clip art, goal posters, nutritional info, etc. without a login and password. • After logging in for troop access, specific instructions can be found on reports tab (Troop manual). Screen shots are available for each of the tabs. • Make sure under the Troop tab, all information is entered and complete. • Enter all girl names, then by deadline dates, enter all nut and candy orders and QSP and to remember this™ amounts (# of orders and dollar amounts) in the system to credit sales to girls. • Under the emails, enter 1 if 12 or more emails were sent to credit girl for the patch. • Under Reach Out book, enter 1 if 5 or more coupons are turned in to credit girl for the patch and the Kentuckiana Credits. One booklet credit per girl. • For additional orders, council will enter the new product under the Troop Special line.
