Annual Meeting attendees. This special rate is only available until
October 1, 2014
(Double or single occupancy. All rates are subject to 14% Atlantic City, New
Jersey State and luxury taxes, as well as $10 per room per night Tourism
Promotion/Occupancy/Resort Fee. These taxes are subject to change without
notice. $20 per person, per night will be charged for each additional person
sharing the same room up to four.)
Your room fee includes complimentary in room internet, complimentary in room
coffee, free local calls within Atlantic City, and complimentary access to pool/
hot tubs

mention ORANJ or use the group code AORANJ to get the special room rate.
The Golden Nugget requires a one night room deposit per room to guarantee
individual accommodations. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to
check-in will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.

Memorial ORANJ Scholarship
The 2014 Marilynn Norinsky Memorial ORANJ Scholarship will be
awarded to an ORANJ member whose employer will not cover the cost
of attending the 2014 ORANJ Annual Meeting. An award of up to $500
will be provided to cover the cost of registration, travel, and/or room
charges. Applications will be reviewed and selected by the ORANJ
Executive Committee utilizing the following criteria:

The ORANJ member’s employer is not willing to pay expenses
for him/her to attend the annual meeting
 The number of years the candidate has been a member of
ORANJ
 Positions held and active service within the organization

(payments made at the door may be paid by credit card).
IMPORTANT: In order to receive the discounted early bird registration rate, registration fee MUST
be paid in full before the deadline of October 1st. Checks must be postmarked on or before the
deadline. Payments received after October 1st or made at the door will be charged the full regular
rate.
