Write in your guess as to what the temperature will be, as recorded by Sponsor’s designated independent on-site
adjudicator at the 2015 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., scheduled to take place
on January 1, 2015, at the time the puck drops to begin the first period of the hockey game (approximately, 1:25 p.m. ET;
with the understanding that actual starting time of the hockey game has not yet been finally determined). Temperature
guess must be in degrees Fahrenheit (not Celsius or other measure) and must be to the nearest whole degree (no
decimals accepted). For example, if you guess 19.7°, the guess will be recorded as 19°. There will be no rounding up.

In addition to completing this Entry Form, in order to be eligible you must also type or handwrite a 50–200 word essay on
the topic, “Why I need/want a set of Bridgestone Blizzak Tires” (“Essay”). Essay must be at least 50 words and no more
than 200; if there are less than 50 words in your Essay or more than 200, then your Entry Form and Essay will be considered
invalid and you will be disqualified from participation. See Official Rules for additional requirements regarding essay.

Entry Forms/Essays must be postmarked by December 10, 2014 and received by December 19, 2014.
All eligible Sweepstakes participants who correctly guessed what the temperature was, as recorded by Sponsor’s
designated independent on-site adjudicator at the 2015 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® at Nationals Park in Washington,
D.C., scheduled to take place on January 1, 2015, at the time the puck drops to begin the first period of the hockey game
(approximately, 1:25 p.m. ET; with the understanding that actual starting time of the hockey game has not yet been finally
determined) will receive a set of Bridgestone Blizzak tires for the vehicle/tire size identified on participant’s Entry Form, up
to USD$720.00/CD$990.00 in value, subject to verification. Shipping is included but the cost of mounting and balancing
of tires is extra and the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If Bridgestone currently does not manufacture Blizzak tires
in the tire size identified on the participant’s Entry Form, the participant will be given an alternate set of Bridgestone tires,
of equivalent value as deemed appropriate for the vehicle by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, in the appropriate size.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Void in Alaska and where prohibited. Promotion is open to legal residents
of the 50 United States (excluding Alaska), the District of Columbia and Canada, who are (1) 18 years of age or
older or (2) the age of majority in their primary jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry. Valid
