Fitness will meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. beginning on November 4 (no

Stroller Fitness was created to offer parents of young children the opportunity to become
more active in their lifestyle. Involving the child in the class helps to set a good example for the
Family about fitness and allows for bonding through physical and emotional interaction. The
goal is to offer a workout for the parent ranging from cardio to muscular strength using the
stroller as an aid.
This one hour class will vary from day to day with specific exercises and location.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted at Estep, therefore we will be showcasing other
facilities within the Fort Campbell community, as well as the great outdoors.
Parent must provide their own stroller and child – this is a BYOB (Bring Your Own
Baby) class.

Issues and Delegates needed for Annual Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) Conference
All of the services, programs, and the excellent quality of life available on Fort Campbell would

(AFAP) delegates. If you are looking for a great way to get involved with your Army
community and work toward positive change there are two things you can do to help.
• Submit an issue! If it’s a program or service, an AFAP issue can improve it. If it’s a policy
or regulation, an AFAP issue can change it. If it’s a law, an AFAP issue can amend it. If
there’s a low-cost, creative solution, you should pursue it! Submitting an issue is easy, just
go to www.campbell.army.mil/AFAP, click on the link and follow the directions.
• Become a delegate! Delegates are always needed during the annual conference. Soldiers
(National Guard, Reserves and Active Duty), Family members, Retirees, Survivors and DoD
Civilian employees are welcome to volunteer.
