WARRIOR FITNESS CHALLENGE
Thursday, June 2, 11:45 am
OPEN TO ALL AUTHORIZED FITNESS MEMBERS.
Are you tough enough? This challenge will be a great test of your ability to
persevere! Perform the following exercises: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. Must start and finish with a 1 mile run and perform
the listed exercises in any sequence. The fastest time to complete will receive a
plaque and the top performers will be posted on the Challenge Board.
OUTDOOR WARRIOR ZONE WORKOUT SERIES
Tuesday & Thursday, 4 pm (4 WEEKS STARTS JUNE 7
OPEN TO ALL AUTHORIZED FITNESS MEMBERS.
Train like a tactical athlete and get military fit, using the training locker located
outside of the Fletcher Fitness Center. learn proper technique for most Olympic style lifts, Shred fat and get in condition with high intensity interval training
(HIIT), Build muscle using TRX, Barbell, and Kettlebell movements, enjoy the
outdoor environment and get a kick a$$ workout!
Attending the event is free.
There is a $30 registration fee

Loosen tight hips and hamstrings. Improve flexibility, ease aches and
pains from running. Make the connection of strength and flexibility
with a yoga sequence to help in balancing strength, and sync your
breathing. Let yoga make you a better runner; improve your form,
balance and range of motion. Decrease your susceptibility to overuse
injuries of the lower extremities including plantar
fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, knee pain, IT band syndrome and hip
pain. Improve your focus before and during the race, when mentalstaying power is as important as physical endurance.
