1. Prequalification documents shall be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from
www.medicalboard.co.ke Bidder (s) are also advised to regularly visit the website to obtain any
additional information/addendum on the prequalification.
2. Completed prequalification documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes,
marked with the Prequalification Number and Name and addressed to:

3. The completed documents should be deposited in the tender box situated at Board’s
reception area, in its current offices at the junction of Woodlands Road and Lenana Road in
Hurlingham, so as to be received on or before TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH , 2014 AT
10.00AM
4. Opening will be done on the same day thereafter at the MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AND
DENTISTS BOARD boardroom in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board reserves the right to accept or reject a tender in
whole or in part. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
