Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. – Chico, CA NORTHERN HEMISPHERE HARVEST IPA 6.7% ABV 67 IBUs ($5 – Pint) Northern Hemisphere was the first wet hop ale and it inspired the wet hop craze here in America. Wet—undried—hops go straight from the fields into their kettles within 24 hours. 2. NECTAR CREEK HONEYWINE– CORVALLIS, OR RESERVE #3** 9.7% ABV ($8 – 10oz) Blueberry Black Currant Mead that was aged in Pinot Noir barrels from Shay Cellars. 3. Boneyard Beer – Bend, OR NOTORIOUS TRIPLE IPA 12% ABV 80 IBUs ($5 – 10oz) Copper in color and well balance, this big hoppy triple India Pale Ale has a complex malty flavor with layers a plenty!!. 4. Red Tank Cider Co. – Bend, OR SUMMER’S NEVER OVER 5.9% ABV ($5 – 14oz) Cider that was flavored with peach, strawberry and lemon juice. Sweet and tart! 5. Anderson Valley Brewing Co. – Boonville, CA BOONT AMBER 5.8% ABV 16 IBUs ($5 – 14oz) Crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from wholecone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. 6. Double Mountain Brewing – Hoodriver, OR KOLSCH** 5.2% ABV 40 IBUs ($5 – Pint) A light-bodied ale with a delicate fruitiness and rounded maltiness, attributable to the unique yeast strain commonly used. 7. Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. – Chico, CA "ALES WELL THAT ENDS WELL" VANILLA OATMEAL COFFEE PORTER 7.25% ($5 – 14oz) Ale fermented with coffee and vanilla beans. Our very own Jason Powell was able to a be a part of this "Beer Camp" in which this idea/recipe first originated! 8. Epic Brewing– Salt Lake City, UT BIG BAD BAPTIST IMPERIAL STOUT 12.4% ABV ($8 – 10oz) One Big Bad Imperial Stout with Cocoa nibs and Coffee beans, and aged in whiskey barrels. 9. Crux Fermentation Project – Bend, OR CRYSTAL ZWICKLE BELGIAN PALE ALE** 6.0% ABV 35 IBUs ($5.50 – Pint) Aggressively hopped with Fresh Crystal Hops and brewed in the Belgian Pale Ale Style the same day the hops were picked. 10. Agrarian Ales – Eugene, OR CLAIRVOYANCE TART WHEAT 4.2% ABV ($6 – 14oz) Belgian yeast sets the stage for the real star of the show, Clary Sage. Known for its calming and tension relieving qualities. 11. St. Bernardus – Watou, Belgium WITBIER - BELGIAN ABBY ALE 5.5% ABV ($6.50 – 10oz glass) Traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. Herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness 12.
