We will teach 3 - 15 minute segments , giving you the freedom to drop in as you please! Each segment will start with a 3 minute warm up or recovery depending on where you begin or end your journey with us. Ride a little or ride a lot, depending on your needs! Now there is no need to be discouraged! Running a little behind to make it right at noon? Come on in and get ready for the upcoming segment. Feeling guilty that you have to leave early? Class Descriptions ALL COMBINATION CLASSES ARE DENOTED BY "&": Combination classes are a great way to experience two distinct but complimentary workouts within an hour. Please feel free however, in joining the class at the half way mark "30 minutes after class start time". 3.2.1: This class is based on HIIT, which consists of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of core work. The full circuit is repeated until you hit 35 minutes of good old fashion hard work for the base of the workout. 20.20.20: This trifecta class will combine components of; cardio, conditioning, and core work. All components will be 20 minutes long, 20.20.20 for a complete workout! ACTIVE YOGA: Practice yoga positions and flows that will focus on increasing muscular endurance and flexibility through sport specific focus. Perfect for runners and cyclists, as well as any fitness enthusiast. AQUA FITNESS: A low impact high energy cardio vascular and resistance training workout; come sweat and splash with us! CRUNK: Cycling gone crazy! This isn't your usual cycle class. Burn the extra calories & get your sweat on while you get CRUNK! DROP IN CYCLE: Everyone can cycle, and now you have no excuse! Our noon hour cycle will be taught in 3 - 15 minute segments. Each segment will start with a 3 minute warmup or recovery, depending on where you are starting or ending your journey with us. From beginners to avid cyclist alike, your will find this class to be just the cardio you've been wanting to improve your fitness with, burn calories and strengthen your lower body! Come one come all! FLOOR CORE and MORE (FCM): A core blasting mix of pilates, traditional ab work, and innovative core strengtheners. Train your powerhouse! JOLTS: This class combines cardio and resistance training in random intervals. Watch your body transform as we keep the class constantly changing. LaBLAST: Is dance fitness program based on all the fun dances you see on "Dancing with the Starts" - its partner free and uses a wide variety of music. Anyone is welcome! Let's Dance! PILATES: Adapted work of Joseph H. Pilates, this mind and body discipline follows exercise to deliver optimal strength, flexibility and endurance. POWERCUT: Get CUT in this strength training and conditioning class customized for all fitness levels. Use barbells and dumbbells to lift, pull, press, and curl your way to a better body. In this beat driven workout to cutting edge music, work every muscle group including abs. SILVER SNEAKERS® Classic (seniors): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. SWEAT SHOP: Anything and everything you can imagine to get your heart pumping and your endorphins flowing! A melting pot of all of our best classes! Guaranteed to have you wiping sweat of your brow! UPBEAT: Tap away and let the rhythm move you, in our new featured class "UpBEAT". This class is a creative and energetic way to express your inner rock and/or pop star. Using rhythm sticks, you will be moving and grooving in every direction. YOGA: Using standing, seated and reclined yoga postures with an emphasis on correct body alignment, this class will combine flexibility training and strength training. This class is a wonderful stress reliever that enhances strength, balance and flexibility by uniting your body and mind. ZUMBA™: Fusion of Latin and International music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!
