Develop Business Strategy with
SWOT Analysis
• November 11th, Tuesday at 1:00p.m. - 3:00p.m.
• Presented by: Fariba Rakhsh, Associate professor of Isfahan
University, PhD student in Information Management
• Your business will get the goals if it has correct interaction with
its internal and external environment. The recognition of internal
strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and
threats, takes place on the basis of a SWOT-analysis. Your own
strategy must therefore clearly reflect your company’s identity.
You need to take into account your company as it is today: What
do you do particularly well? How do you create value in the
markets you currently serve? Your strategy must then look ahead
to your overall chosen direction. How do you expect to create
value in the future? What changes do you need to make, overall
as one enterprise, to get there? Through this workshop,
participants will be familiar with SWOT tools to improve their
business strategies and goals.
