SPOTLIGHT ON THE SPIRIT
Newsletter – Week of March 20, 2016
“For God so loved the world that he gave His only son, that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. “ John: 3:16
Holy Week is a special time of year here at Mother Seton School and
as we all know, around the world. During this special week as a school
community we will continue to be reminded of how great God’s gift is
to all, by giving us His only son, Jesus. Our classroom discussions and
reflections will be centered on this most important week of the church
year.
On Holy Thursday, at 11:30 A.M. we will be having a special prayer
service as we note all the steps in the Stations of the Cross and more.
You are all invited to attend.
As we come to the end of Holy Week and we all head to our area
churches for our masses and other services that are offered on Holy
Thursday evening, Good Friday, the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday
and Easter Sunday. Let’s pray for each other during this grace-filled
time that our school will continue to be a beacon of light in the community.
All of us at Mother Seton School wish you a very prayer-filled Holy
Week.
