A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to establish a brand new purpose built Nursery
at Wellington Primary Academy in Tidworth.
The Nest day nursery is due to open in 2015 and Wellington College Academy Trust are
looking to appoint a Nursery Manager who will play a key part in supporting the vision

our purpose. The nursery is registered for 30 children between the ages of 2 – 5 yrs and

As the nursery manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and financial
management of a nursery. You will oversee the implementation of the Early Years
Foundation Stage curriculum to ensure the setting is providing a high standard of
physical, social and intellectual care for children aged between 2 and 5 years old. You
will also work in partnership with the Primary Academy Management and the Trust Board

Qualifications and experience
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of a minimum of at least 3
years post qualification and at least 2 years experience in managing a day nursery and

expereince of all day provision and all year round experience.

The role of Senior Science Technician involves preparing materials for experiments,

waste and enhance educational opportunities for children from disadvantaged
backgrounds. BBFT are a registered charity (1099665) with over 14 years

making IT equipment available for reuse as well.
WEEE/IT RECYCLING
Our service turns the traditional IT recycling model on its head. Most IT recycling
companies will either charge to take the equipment or collect the equipment with
the best items being sold to cover costs.
IQeol offer free UK collections to Schools and the best equipment is refurbished
and redistributed to support disadvantaged students in the UK as well as
charitable causes around the world.
DATA SECURITY
We know that Data Security is important to schools. Our process ensures all data
is removed from all storage devices whether that’s Hard Drives, External Drives,
USB Sticks, Mobiles, Servers and even switches.
Our Data Destruction process takes place in our secure CCTV monitored facility in
Henstridge and is completed to US and UK Mod Standards.
SUPPORTING DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS
We refurbish the best Laptops and PCs and they go into our redistribution pool
which is then accessible by any school who provides equipment to our process.
We are partnering with Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset Councils to promote the
availability of good quality refurbished equipment available to disadvantaged
students in each area. (Need is ascertained with advice from Head Teachers)
In the first month of operation we had already supported students in 7 Schools
and 3 Charities with equipment and this will grow exponentially as word spreads.
