(337) WINCHESTER RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL New Airesford (Street Parking Places) Order 1966 Notice is hereby given that the Council propose to make an Order under section 81 of the Road Traffic Act 1960 (as amended) and sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Road Traffic and Roads Improvement Act 1960, the effect of which will be to retain the existing official parking facilities in Broad Street, New Airesford and to extend these facilities on the West side of Broad Street to a point 7 yards from the junction of that street with West Street and on the East side of Broad Street to a point 6 yards from the junction of that street with East Street. (180) TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACTS CORNWALL COUNTY COUNCIL Direction under Article 4 Land at St. Just-in-Roseland Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Housing and Local Government has approved a Direction made by the County Council of the administrative County of Cornwall under Article 4 (1) of the above mentioned Order. The effect of such Direction is that permission granted by Article 3 of the said Order shall not apply to development of the description set out in the Schedule hereto of a coastal strip of land on the eastern side of the Carrick Roads extending from Castle Point, St. Mawes in the south to Turnaware Point in the north and including St. Just, in the County of Cornwall. The said land is shown hatched black on a plan which, together with a certified copy of the Direction, may be inspected during the hours specified below at The County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, and the Truro Rural District Council Offices, River Street, Truro. The documents may be inspected between the hours of 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays .(inclusive).
