New Airesford (Street Parking Places) Order 1966
Notice is hereby given that the Council propose to
make an Order under section 81 of the Road Traffic
Act 1960 (as amended) and sub-section (2) of section
11 of the Road Traffic and Roads Improvement Act
1960, the effect of which will be to retain the existing
official parking facilities in Broad Street, New Airesford and to extend these facilities on the West side of
Broad Street to a point 7 yards from the junction of
that street with West Street and on the East side of
Broad Street to a point 6 yards from the junction
of that street with East Street.
Objections to the proposals must be sent in writing
to the undersigned not later than 28th June 1966.

Direction under Article 4
Land at St. Just-in-Roseland
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Housing and Local Government has approved a Direction
made by the County Council of the administrative
County of Cornwall under Article 4 (1) of the above
mentioned Order.
The effect of such Direction is that permission
granted by Article 3 of the said Order shall not
apply to development of the description set out
in the Schedule hereto of a coastal strip of land
on the eastern side of the Carrick Roads extending
from Castle Point, St. Mawes in the south to
Turnaware Point in the north and including St.
Just, in the County of Cornwall. The said land
is shown hatched black on a plan which, together
with a certified copy of the Direction, may be inspected during the hours specified below at The
County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, and the Truro
Rural District Council Offices, River Street, Truro.
The documents may be inspected between the hours
of 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.45 p.m.
on Mondays to Fridays .(inclusive).

on the land for the purpose of that use.
(ii) The use of land other than buildings and
not within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse for
the purposes of recreation or instruction by
members of an organisation which holds a certificate of exemption granted by the Minister
of Housing and Local Government under section
269 of the Public Health Act, 1936 and the
erection or placing of tents on the land for the
purposes of that use.
(iii) The use of land, other than a building, as
a caravan site in any of the circumstances
specified in paragraphs 2 to 5 (inclusive) and
7 to 9 (inclusive) of Schedule 1 ta ithe Caravan
Sites and Control of Development Act 1960
or in the circumstances other than those relating
to winter quarters specified in paragraph 101
of the said schedule.
