Please bring a dish for the potluck lunch and two dozen cookies, bars, or candies. Lefse-Making Day Saturday, December 6th 10:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. BSLC Kitchen Shannon Lorenz and Cindy Secor invite you to come and learn how to make lefse (you know, those potato pancakes that taste so great at the Scandinavian Dinner). Everyone is welcome. If you can, bring a rolling pin (w/cover), rolling surface/board if you have one, and a large electric pan cake-type griddle (or lefse grill) if you have one. Cindy says she will have lefse ready to roll out and cook. And she and SIGN UP TO MEET her daughters and Shannon will bring their WITH PASTOR grills.
