ABSTRACT
Background The Integrated Service Post cadres constitute community empowerment
support and have significant role in Integrated Service Post activities. UCI scope which is
still low on national level is at the amount of 74.1% (80% target). The size of UCI scope
is obtained from the total of visits each month. The visits are the form of mothers
awareness for giving complete immunization for their babies. The low knowledge and
attitude of the Integrated Service Post cadres will be influential in the total of basic
immunization visits each month. The good knowledge and attitude of Integrated Service
Post cadres towards health will promote and strengthen the establishment of mother
behavior.
Objectives The objective of this study is to describe the knowledge and attitude of
Integrated Service Post cadres about basic immunization in Desa Danguran, Community
Health Care South Klaten working area.
Method This study is a descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The
population of the study were active cadres of Integrated Service Post in Desa Danguran
and willing to be respondents, at the amount of 41 people. Sampling used in this study is
total sampling. The data for this study were obtained directly from the respondents using
closed questioner.
Result The characteristic of Integrated Service Post cadres, respondents at the age above
40 is 61%, the education is mostly high school graduates amounting 61%, the occupation
is mostly housewife amounting 58.5%. The highest percentage of the knowledge of the
Integrated Service Post cadres about basic immunization in Desa Danguran on the level
of ‘good’ knowledge is 70.7%. Attitude towards basic immunization categorized very
good is 92.7%.
Conclusion The knowledge of the Integrated Service Post cadres about immunization in
Desa Danguran is good. Whereas the attitude of the Integrated Service Post cadres toward
the implementation of basic immunization is very good.

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang Kader posyandu merupakan tumpuan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan
memiliki peranan penting dalam kegiatan posyandu. Cakupan UCI yang masih rendah di
tingkat nasional sebesar 74,1% (target 80%). Besar kecilnya cakupan UCI diperoleh dari
jumlah kunjungan setiap bulannya. Kunjungan tersebut merupakan bentuk kesadaran dari
ibu untuk memberikan imunisasi lengkap kepada bayinya. Pengetahuan dan sikap kader
posyandu yang kurang akan berpengaruh pada jumlah kunjungan imunisasi dasar setiap
bulannya. Pengetahuan dan sikap kader posyandu yang baik terhadap kesehatan akan
mendukung dan memperkuat terbentuknya perilaku ibu.
Tujuan Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap kader posyandu tentang imunisasi
dasar di Desa Danguran Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Klaten Selatan.
Metode Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional.
Populasi terjangkau penelitian adalah kader yang aktif mengikuti posyandu di Desa
Danguran dan bersedia menjadi responden, sejumlah 41 orang. Pengambilan sample
menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dari
responden menggunakan kuesioner tertutup.
Hasil Karakteristik kader posyandu, umur sebagian besar responden berusia lebih dari 40
tahun sebanyak 61%, pendidikan paling banyak terdapat pada jenjang pendidikan tamat
SMA sebesar 41.5%, pekerjaan paling banyak adalah Ibu Rumah Tangga sebesar 58.5%.
Pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang Imunisasi Dasar di Desa Danguran persentase
tertinggi terdapat pada tingkat pengetahuan baik 70,7%. Sikap terhadap imunisasi dasar
kategori sangat baik 92,7%.
Simpulan Pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang imunisasi dasar di Desa Danguran adalah
baik. Sedangkan sikap kader posyandu terhadap pelaksanaan imunisasi dasar sangat baik.
