of the requirements of the Updated 2013 COSO
and will see how it differs from the 1992 COSO
Internal Control Framework. The workshop will
demonstrate how to transition to the Updated
COSO with the least amount of disruption and
its current Internal Control Programs.

become the de facto “HR Representative” who
is ultimately responsible for taking care of the
“people-side” of the business. It is important for
these leaders to be confident in dealing with, and
anticipating today’s complex workplace issues.
COSO believes the Updated Framework will enable
organizations to effectively and efficiently develop
and maintain systems of internal control that can
enhance the likelihood of achieving the entity’s
objectives and adapt to changes in the business
and operating environments.
In this interactive keynote, Jordan Rodney will
discuss the importance of managing the peopleside of your business by implementing practical
tools and adopting proactive strategies with a
view to minimizing risk and reducing costs. Key
employment law trends will also be covered.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Delegates may withdraw from the conference up
until February 26, 2015 and receive a credit memo
on their PD account. A withdrawal fee of $50
will apply. After February 26, 2015, delegates will
receive no credit for cancelling. Delegates may
send a substitute in their place at any time.
